1 /5 Suzanne: I came in today to looking for something for my daughter birthday. I was looking for either a necklace or earrings with her birthstone. The selection here is very limited. Mostly gaudy pieces. The customer service representative seemed too eager to sell me something without knowing what I was looking for. I saw one piece and asked if he may have a longer necklace for it and he was reluctant to check. While I was there another customer came in with a custom bracelet that the lock broke in. Rather offer options to the customer on fixing it the representative insulted the customer saying he wont do it for free and they needed to leave. I asked to have my finger measured recalling it was a size 8. He accommodated me and my size was correct a size 8. He then suggested heavily a line up of rings that honestly looked like cubic zirconia at best and said they were my size. I could tell they werent but i did like one and asked to try it on. It was too small and he said he it is certified and can be sized but it will cost me. I said Im not interested as I didnt care for how he was speaking to me and how he spoke in general. He said do you want something cheaper because this ring is atleast $8000. He would sell it to me for $4000. I said no thank you and he began to berate me for not being able to afford the ring. I stated you dont know me or what I can afford and was turning to leave when He said that he didnt want a customer like me. I statwd I dont want to be a customer of yours and left. Unless you like to be haggled, harassed and insulted please dont go here.

5 /5 Anna Barrios: I needed my ring resized and Im so happy I came to this store. Not only did they resize both my engagement and wedding rings but they polished and cleaned them within three days. My 12 year old rings look beautiful, like new. They also have beautiful jewelry in store. Ill be back.

1 /5 Bryan: Takeaways: - Don’t come here for custom rings - They overcharge ($2500 without main stone vs at Jewelry Source it was $1800 with the same design and much higher quality work!) - They change plans without your approval Story: I went here for a custom ring. I asked for a channel set for the side stones and floral gallery rail. He said it will come out exactly like the pictures I showed him. Fast forward 4 weeks and he calls me to say that it’s done and I should come in to get the main stone set BUT he did not do a channel set. He said he couldn’t do it because it’s not secure for the stones (channel set is one of the most secure settings for side stones). Even more so, when I saw the ring the gallery rail was horrendous; it was messy, sloppy, and unequal. When I asked for a refund he kept $795 out of $2500 for labor costs which is absurd because it looked like a rushed product made by a novice.

5 /5 Cassie Justine: I got my new center stone set here and I was so impressed with the service and quality. My ring is stunning and they were able to replace the prong and have it ready to go in less that 3 hours. I decided I wanted to have the setting not sit as high (just a personal preference) and they said I could bring it back no problem and they would make it just how I wanted. They also were able to take my old center stone and put it in a new setting, I love both rings! The quality, service, and value was amazing and I now wont go anywhere else.

5 /5 Cost Turc: This is for Susan that’s I am a costumer also I wase there in the shop and I saw everything what happened, the owner wase so nice with her tryng to do a good discount for her a ring with Diamonds that hase the appraisal 7500$ he wase wanting to salle it for her at 4000$ with certificate and everything, and she finds stoped to talk for a wile and the owner wase asking her if she wants something cheaper than that, than to show her some other cheaper rings than she gate angry for no reason, iven by that the owner tryng to apologize with no fault at all anyway like bussines man have to talk nice he did it but the lady doesent stop to talk bad I wase tryng to talk iven with her but si talked bad iven to mee so this staf its always nice to the people and very helpful so we humans have to be more cind one to each others
