Trevor Scott My fiancé and I went to a dozen jewelers over a couple months of ring shopping. Jared was the only one we felt truly helped us through the process. Nancy and Adrian primarily took care of us over the 3 different visits we made. They were excellent guides as we weren’t exactly sure what we wanted. Many jewelers pushed us certain directions and told us we could only have X number of rings/stones out at a time, forcing us to narrow down what was being looked at. Nancy and Adrian made us feel like they were on the journey with us. They were patient and never pushy. Ultimately, their service and support in addition to the rings are why we choose Jared. Their service after the purchase should also be mentioned. Because the gem we went with is a unique shape, the head it set in needed to be special ordered so that the wedding band would sit flush against the engagement ring. No one knew this until the jeweler was trying to size the ring with the band. Gary called us to explain the challenge and set the appropriate time expectation. Only after we picked up the rings did we find out the different head was an additional expense that they DID NOT charge us for.

Jeff M Memories Jewelry and Watch Repair was recommended by another jewelry store as they were unable to replace my watch’s battery. I called and found Memories did replace Movado watch batteries. So I headed down and saw how busy the store was. But Roth gave me a dollar and time estimate - and he met it. Great experience, I will return. He has a ton of antique jewelry to look at as you wait and all the photography on the walls are his own work. I wasnt sure what I really wanted, but Kevin knew exactly what questions to ask me. He was totally transparent about what he would buy as good deals and pointed out the things that werent good deals, and some fun items to have as a collectable. Super informative and humble enough to admit when he didnt have all the information. After buying my coins and making it home, some of the numbers didnt add up on my receipt. I gave them a call and everything got sorted out instantly. Kevin was so nice with a "Merry Christmas" to end the call.
