Touchstone didnt give up, and they kept me informed throughout the repair process. Angie Elam Katie is simply the best! I went to a party and got a bracelet and because I liked her so much I hosted a party! She sets everything up and displays everything so professionally! She is so sweet and kind! I have 2 bracelets from her and my 2 little girls each have one too. I have had other permanent jewlery that didnt hold up so well and the jewelry I have from Katie has held up well! I highly recommend her for your party, youll love her!

I could not stop smiling the day I was able to wear my ring and still catch myself staring at it often; it is PERFECTION!!! The entire experience was amazing and seamless.
