1 /5 morgan stevens: Went to this Fred Meyer jewelers to buy my fiancés wedding ring. When we got the ring back from being sized the first time the ring was very dull looking, had been buffed way too hard and had no shine. Did not look even close to what it was when we bought it. Then needed to be resized again. Second time we pick it up it still doesn’t fit my fiancé so we take it to a different Fred Myer jewelers and come to find out the repair guy didn’t even resize it. Wouldn’t recommend getting repairs done at this store. The guy doesn’t seem to know what he’s doing.

5 /5 Lukas Allen: Would highly recommend. Stopped by on a whim to get a new watch band adjusted that I purchased elsewhere. I didnt catch the young gentlemans name that helped me but he promptly adjusted the band and even made 2 microadjustments for the perfect fit! Great customer service, speed, and professionalism!

Luba also gave us a lot of advice and told us a lot about stones. We have made very good purchases. She is a professional in her field. Its a pleasure to shop with such great sellers❤️

5 /5 Kent Wannamaker: I just stopped in because the pin on my watch band broke at the airport as I was getting ready to come to Washington State. They were very friendly fixed it for me and sent me on my way happy.
