Touchstone didnt give up, and they kept me informed throughout the repair process. I may be imagining things, but from start to finish, I felt like they wanted me to be wearing my mothers watch just as much did. Thank you, Touchstone Jewelers!

5 /5 Samuel Baker: I swear I’m not biased... but I love Touchstone Jewelers as a truly independent unbiased spirit. This is not scripted. About 2 years ago, I went to Touchstone to buy an engagement ring for an engagement that fizzled out... but that engagement ring was beautiful and we got it at a great price. This year, just yesterday, they finished this custom wedding ring for my wife to be, Janine, and we both love the work they’ve done. The ring is undeniably amazing. We’ve even heard a friend say that the ring looks like something that was borrowed from a museum.... by far the best compliment we’ve gotten so far and we’ve consulted less than a dozen people. Touchstone’s staff are a bunch of great people. Very approachable, very friendly, fun, and just the right amount of unrestrained goofy friendliness for anyone. In my own experience, I would say they are highly recommended for anyone looking for any ring work.

5 /5 Jim Haun: Touchstone Jewerly did an excellent job on restoring my wedding ring back to the way it looked when new 52 years ago. Their customer service is a rarity these days. Their prices are very reasonable especially considering the price of labor as well as diamonds these days. I have had them do work for me before and continue to be pleased and will not even consider going any place else in the future for jewelry. Thank you.

She was very knowledgeable and personable as we learned about engagement rings and diamonds. She was able to get us his and hers engagement rings within our budget and outlined that they had a lifetime warranty and free cleanings. She answered all our questions in a very professional manner. Highly recommend coming to this jeweler!
