Angie Elam Katie is simply the best! I went to a party and got a bracelet and because I liked her so much I hosted a party! She sets everything up and displays everything so professionally! She is so sweet and kind! I have 2 bracelets from her and my 2 little girls each have one too. I have had other permanent jewlery that didnt hold up so well and the jewelry I have from Katie has held up well! I highly recommend her for your party, youll love her!

Johnny Findley Misty is an amazing person. Went to her shop and purchased some amazing stones and crystals. I came across a piece of vivianite from another shop. I asked if she was able to turn it into a pendant for me. She said she could. I told her I wanted to purify it first on my own since it needed it greatly. After I purified it, she put more loving, positive energy into it. I couldnt be any happier with her work. The copper wrap with the red leather cord truly brings out its radiance. With such an odd shaped chunk, she worked her magic. Misty has a customer for life. She is truly a gem.

Gary Cronce Case by Case response to Patrick’s negative review, First, we are sorry for the loss of Patrick’s mother. We are also sorry to see this review, as we strive to have a positive relationship with our clients. Patrick came into our shop with an assortment of silver, gold and costume jewelry he wanted to sell.      We made an offer, and he negotiated our price up an additional $2,500. We shook hands, he signed the agreement and left satisfied. He even came back in a couple of days and gave us some more jewelry boxes and bags. A month later he wanted to buy a ring back. We gave him a price and he said he would think about it. 4 months later he texted us, called us criminals and said he was going to write a negative review against us, and he did. We ended up giving him back the ring he wanted, he thanked us and said he will try to remove the negative review, and maybe he did. We never paid him $20 for a $1000 gold chain. When you buy something, you expect to make a profit. We paid over $10,000 for the items and have not come close to getting our investment back, perhaps we never will. Sonia Diaz Burlington is my go-to store. It has the cutest clothes for cheap, lotions, handbags, shoes, socks, etc. I love shopping here, the workers are so kind and respectful and my favorite part is that they have amazing dressing rooms with doors so you can try something you like. I definitely recommend shopping here! ❤️

Michelle Bush This was my first time in a pawn shop and I didn’t know what to expect. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door by a couple of friendly employees. They were helpful and answered all my questions so I able to conduct my business in a timely manner and go about my day. The store was well organized, and very clean. I definitely will go back.

Wendi Chen I’m so pleased with the one-of-a-kind Apache Sage Picture Jasper pendant that I just bought at Jim Chow Jewelry! I had been eying this particular piece for a while, as the unique landscape pattern of the stone really stood out to me. As a visual artist, I can’t help but marvel at the colors and composition of this pendant! Rachel was lovely to talk to and she delightedly explained all the different types of stones in the various pieces. All in all a great experience; I will definitely be back!
