s b Mars was AMAZING. Right from the beginning, she was friendly, warm, and super helpful. She offered to clean my heirloom wedding ring and my husband’s heirloom gold necklace. We expressed interest in adding more prongs to my wedding ring. Mars explained the process of sending my rings in, replacing a broken diamond, and getting my set appraised. Our experience with Mars today solidified our decision to move forward with Kay Jewelers for our future jeweler needs.

Good chime I absolutely love this jewelry stand! The pieces are so beautiful and unique, I actually bought a ring here before and completely fell in love with it. Recently, I came back and had the best experience with Alyssa. She went above and beyond to help me, making me feel so confident and excited about my purchase. Her kindness, patience, and genuine care made the whole experience unforgettable. It’s rare to find someone who makes you feel that special while shopping, but Alyssa truly did. Because of her and the amazing jewelry, I plan to keep coming back here for all of my jewelry wants and needs. Truly one of the best experiences I’ve had!

Dodo_doggy So last year I brought this cool dragon ring I had gotten online and needed it resized because I accidentally ordered the wrong size from that website. So I came here and asked them to resize it without realizing how much of a problem it might be. It turns out that I essentially gave a blacksmiths job to these jewelers, as the ring was apparently part steel instead of a light, pliable material. I was ready to take it back and get it resized elsewhere, but they insisted on finishing the job, so I let them and they actually completed it! I have the ring now, it fits my finger perfectly and I now have a deep respect for these jewelers. Thank you for resizing my ring despite the difficulties!

Its especially difficult having a lack of knowledge in this expertise and trying to find a business that will be honest about the true worth of jewelry. She is open and honest about her work and she has made me a loyal life-long client. She is so fun to talk to, our appointments felt more like fun, rather than business (though she was able to multi-task both). Taras communication is very quick and thorough. Shes an extremely hard worker and truly does everything she can for her clients. I cant imagine going anywhere else for jewelry related needs and I wish I could rate her more stars!
