Its clear they have over 40 years of experience: their customer service is exceptional, professional, and very friendly. They helped me find exactly what I was looking for, without pressure and with complete honesty. I recommend this place without hesitation. I will be back soon!

Katy Garza Yoshi and Mike are amazing! Both of these gentlemen helped me with my husbands wedding band. Yoshi helped with the initial purchase and answered my many questions. When the ring didnt come in looking like it should, Mike helped make sure to send it off to get it fixed. Everyone in this store is great, and my experience with Kay is always phenomenal.

Taiki Mo I came in needing my watch sized, multiple employees were quick to assist and inviting. You can actually feel they care about their customers and treated me like family. Lisa was lightning fast with my watch fitting! Even ran back and forth to ensure it was the perfect size for me. Susan Bowers I love this store! The ladies have great customer service and support, and the dog is very sweet! They have a wide variety of beads and everything you need to create your jewelry, and have classes to learn how to create your own jewelry! This is a great store!

Zataralee They have always taken care of us. From resizing to repairs.. and even placing an order for a replacement ring that was accidentally flushed down the toilet... There is no question in my mind why a jewelry store inside of a grocery store lol does so well.

Sonny I had great anxiety bringing my daughter in to get her ears pierced, Leanne did a great job explaining the process and coordinated so both earrings would be pierced at the same time. On the actual moment of getting her ears pierced the process was quick and she made sure before actually doing the piercing that its where we wanted it to be. Upon completion my daughter cried for no more than 5 seconds and was absolutely happy. We are super pleased with the service this banter offered us and will definitely come back again

Josh Crouse Not so great experience so far dealing with FMJ. To start with the good: Ring selection in house is mediocre, HOWEVER Fred Meyer’s online selection was pretty decent, especially for low-mid priced engagement rings. Shipping was relatively quick considering the pandemic still jamming things up and the associates were very helpful when assisting in re-sizing. Here’s where things went south fast. After waiting almost three weeks for the ring to be resized, upon pickup the ring has two major defects. Out of the four prongs holding the stone in, a single prong is shaped incorrectly and is inconsistent looking with the other three. Secondly, the stone itself does not sit perfectly in line with the ring to the point where itself considerably noticeable. It’s these issues that made me return the ring on the spot to see if it could be fixed. I was told it could be up to another three weeks until I have the ring back to me. Paying upwards of 1.5K I would expect just a bit more attention to detail. I just want to propose to my girlfriend already.
