Benjamin Hunter I recently commissioned a custom platinum wedding ring from L.L. Devine. I chose the Blue Lagoon ring adorned with diamonds and Montana sapphires but I wanted more and she made it easy to customize by adding a few more stones. The design captures everything I envisioned and more. Not only is the combination of the platinum with the diamonds and sapphires just right, the pattern she created is truly remarkable. Its not easy to balance randomness and pattern but that is what makes it feel so dynamic. It also fits perfectly and is incredibly comfortable to wear. The trial fitting period made me feel confident in my choice. I’ve worn it daily since receiving it, and it has become an essential part of my life. Andi was very patient answering my questions with prompt responses and great communication. She shared the history of the pottery shard, sent photos so I could choose my piece from her collection, and explained how various design elements could impact the cost. I love the finished piece and know I will enjoy wearing it for years to come. I would trust Andi with any custom design, be it for a special beach found piece of sea glass, pebble or shard as well as a sentimental piece of china. She has a gift for creating beautifully framed wearable treasures with well-crafted silversmithing accents. This is the second piece Ive bought from Andi, the other being an Oahu pendant listed on her website, and Im equally pleased with both.
