From the moment my fiance and I walked through the door we were treated like family and Sue was the most patient, kind guide as we took the time to really ponder and design our dream ring. The price was more affordable than main stream department stores for a custom piece of significantly higher quality. My soon to be husband and I will not be shopping anywhere else for our jewelry needs for as long as we live in Spokane. Stop in, you wont regret it.

michael thomas Let me just say thank you to you guys for going above and beyond for me. I had a stainless steal necklace that was given to me by a student, as I am a boxing coach this meant a lot to me. The neckless in no way expensive, however it means a lot to me . My sons dog jumped up on me and his paw grabbed the necklace and a link in the chain broke. Fred Meyer jewelers in Kennewick went above and beyond to fix the necklace and they did it for free. I feel blessed as the necklace has sentimental value and is something I will keep forever. So again a giant thank you and if anyone needs a good jewelry store with great staff this is the one to go too..

In addition, she was able to get the in-store price for us. Tonya and Garrett were also very pleasantly helpful. Fred Meyer was our first choice when we started looking for what we wanted due to the excellent service we have received in the past. No one has ever tried to talk us into something else if they didnt carry, or could not find, exactly what we were looking for. They truly live up to their mantra, "We are here to please." Evan Jones I had the greatest experience having a custom engagement & wedding band made at Panowicz Jewelers in Olympia! My review here is a bit delayed. As my experience started back in February of 2024. And my vision came to an astounding reality, when I picked up the rings later that year in August. I was in no hurry, and let me tell you, having patience and time will help you achieve the perfect desired results! I worked with Laurie specifically. She was amazing! Her eagerness to fully immerse herself into my ideas and this project in order to achieve the best outcome was pleasantly unexpected. Her process was very detailed and she made sure to allow me the space to go back and forth with each others ideas. The tools she uses toward the end of the design phase blew my mind! Deb V Love this store! So much fun and staffed with friendly people! Andi patiently helped me compare about ten white crystals. With her good feedback, I bought a 360° cluster on a stand. Placed it on a sideboard where it reflects light like a disco ball in the afternoon sun. This is my third crystal purchase, but theres always room for more! Thanks Andi, you deserve a raise!
