Pac Love Excellent and exceptional service and knowledgeable staff. I was looking for a particular product and they helped me find the best one with the most reasonable price. My first time visiting this store and both of the gentleman were very professional polite and pleasant. Teo Kaiba Just got my nose pierced on 7/25/25. I called back same day to try and report that the ring came out and that the hole closed that quickly. I ended up having to get it re-pierced somewhere else. I called back the next day and they agreed to a refund but said I needed to wait until a manager came in. I haven’t received a call yet. I’ve called a dozen times at this point and have gotten no answer. I did think because it was a jewelry store that this was a good choice. Clearly not. Even Claire’s does a better job.

Every artist had their own little area, which was fitting. My wife found some beautiful necklaces, and the lady helping her was very patient and kind. My wife bought the necklace and wore it out.
