Not only was he attentive to our needs, but also patient and made sure we were happy with the piece we were leaving the store with. Laura Tipton I had a ring with a large stone that I tan over with my car! The stone came out and the prongs were completely smashed. I took it to another jeweler that I had previously used. The quote was $900 to repair it! I luckily took it in to Lorraine’s and he did a beautiful job and charged me $95. I was thrilled with the repair and the price!
