They always provided helpful guidance, and I never felt pressured to make a decision. The price also seemed fair and comparable to larger jewelers, even with the more personalized service and custom design. My fiancée loves the ring, and we plan to return here for any future pieces!

MJ I had a few stones that Garlands assessed and held onto until I figured out what exactly I wanted to do with them. Once I figured it out, I was able to coordinate with Kris from across the state on the design. With this, Garlands custom made a flawless, beautiful, one of a kind piece. I cannot express how seamless it was to work with Kris and James from out of town— I couldn’t have had a better experience and the ring turned out more beautiful than I could have ever imagined!

Nicole Ure Connie is the jewelry queen! She did my engagement ring and is working on both our wedding bands. She works really hard to get a vision of exactly what you want. She has an artists eye and is realistic about what certain metals can and can’t do. We are looking forward to getting more art done by her in the future.

I couldn’t believe the price—they offered the best deal around! The customer service really stood out. After I bought the ring, they offered to clean it for free, which was such a nice touch. Plus, I brought in a piece of jewelry that I hadn’t purchased there, and they kindly fixed it at no charge! Doug, thank you for your professionalism and for going above and beyond. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for beautiful jewelry and a genuinely caring team!

Ilianna W Went in to look at engagement ring ideas and to get my ring size, Tatiana was so helpful and very knowledgeable! I would rate 5 stars if it wasnt for the other employee staring at me and my partner nearly the whole time. It made us really uncomfortable and unwelcomed, we left shortly after.
