Kyler Morrison Just stoped in hoping to find a spring bar for my watch. The gentleman who helped me was named Tab. He is the perfect example of what customer service should be. My experience working with him, though simple and straight forward definitely left a great impression and I will always look to this location for my future jewelry purchases and fixes as long as Tab is still working there. He was patient and polite. If he was my employee I would give him a raise and use him as an example for all your employees.

First of the vibes are exquisite; some light jazz playing, well lit but not to the point I feel like Im in the operating room, the most kind staff helped direct us and find some lovely things to go home with. Laura L. M. I really loved my first experience at Hidden Gem. It is indeed an hidden gem on Bainbridge Island! From crystals, to jewelry, to Tarot and Oracle, from encense, candles and books. Greeting cards and notebook, meditation items... Also, I really appreciate when theres demo decks of Tarot and oracles, it helps a lot to get a feeling of what each deck is about, touch the cards, etc. Youll have a good time here and will surely find a little something special for yourself or a loved one. Got my first stones ever here, and Im happy that I supported this small business! And the two employees there when I passed by were both very nice.

I generally do not like shopping for clothes because I struggle to know what would look good on me. But Selene asked what I was looking for and found me some pieces that were absolutely stunning on me! The store is also inviting and has a whimsical feel to it. You will not want to leave.
