Mina Moscatelli Wonderful experience creating a custom engagement ring of our dreams! The custom process was well explained and smooth from the start. I felt respected and heard during the design stage (which I cannot say for other places I checked out) - Mari carefully took notes of all my wants and worked closely with me to build a gorgeous digital render of a ring that I loved. The final product was even more stunning than we could have imagined! M&M did an amazing job with the ring and they were a joy to work with. Genesis Middlebos I absolutely cannot praise my experience with Austins enough. From the moment my fiance and I walked through the door we were treated like family and Sue was the most patient, kind guide as we took the time to really ponder and design our dream ring. The price was more affordable than main stream department stores for a custom piece of significantly higher quality. My soon to be husband and I will not be shopping anywhere else for our jewelry needs for as long as we live in Spokane. Stop in, you wont regret it.

Norman Brettell After getting my watch back this afternoon, I had to do a review. I’m going to go ahead and call the master jeweler, master watch guy. I don’t know, but he did some incredible stuff to my southwestern Sterling silver watchband that I don’t think anybody Can work on pieces like this ended up, beefing up the watch band itself with heavier duty parts. So yeah if you have something like that, he will certainly look at it and chances are get it fixed for you. I’m not sure if I could do a picture if I can I’ll send a picture. Thanks, Ron,

Elizabeth Cuisinier I had a wonderful experience getting my wedding ring resized and repaired. They even cut it off, easily and at no extra cost. They were quick, friendly, and reasonably priced. Now my wedding ring looks like it did 20 years ago. I highly recommend them.

Erin Crary Took my daughter here to get her daiths pierced to help with migraine. They were very respectful and skilled. The piercer took things at my daughters pace and made sure she was very comfortable and ready in a calm and humble way. It was super clean and the staff was exceptionally kind.

Kaylee Ray Kasondra is the best! She is so talented when it comes to designing, she designed 2 GORGEOUS wedding bands to complete my engagement ring. I was very pleased with the outcome. My husband is also extremely happy with his wedding band. We absolutely loved our experience working with Kassondra and her team!

Claire Nguyen What an incredibly kind man! He’s super experienced and knew the problem with my vintage watch immediately and fixed it and resized it on the spot. He has a ton of antique jewelry to look at as you wait and all the photography on the walls are his own work. A true craftsman and I’m happy to now have a jeweler to help with any issues in the future.

Cost Turc This is for Susan that’s I am a costumer also I wase there in the shop and I saw everything what happened, the owner wase so nice with her tryng to do a good discount for her a ring with Diamonds that hase the appraisal 7500$ he wase wanting to salle it for her at 4000$ with certificate and everything, and she finds stoped to talk for a wile and the owner wase asking her if she wants something cheaper than that, than to show her some other cheaper rings than she gate angry for no reason, iven by that the owner tryng to apologize with no fault at all anyway like bussines man have to talk nice he did it but the lady doesent stop to talk bad I wase tryng to talk iven with her but si talked bad iven to mee so this staf its always nice to the people and very helpful so we humans have to be more cind one to each others
