John Howald They are not rude but very polite. I waited for service while there looked over pieces. My husband was grocery shopping. I wanted to buy a gold chain for my gold medallion. The chain was so badly tangled I could not untangle without breaking chain. When I pulled out my small gold medal he looked at the chain and told he could untangle it. I gave it to him and returned the following day. No fee for service rendered. I plan on returning and buying some nice new earrings for myself there.

Stacy Harrell Rick is the best. Ive bought several of his original pieces and take stuff up to repair. He doesnt do watch band replacement but said if I found one, hed put in on for me. He measured and told me the size and I ordered one from Amazon. Went up and he popped it on for me. Didnt wanna charge me. I insisted he get a cup of coffee at least...on me. Great guy and old school craftsman. Thanks buddy. Mickeys happy with his new band.

Ben Starnes Chapa is simply amazing! He custom made two sapphire rings for our 20th wedding anniversary and they were absolutely perfect! I also had him do some hand engraving for me. The man is a master at what he does and every detail is perfect. I wouldnt go to any other jeweler. I dont agree that he is rude- in fact, he is very warm and charming.

I initially bought a ring that my wife didn’t really like, but when I came back, they exchanged it for a gold chain she loved—with no hassle. We bought my engagement ring and my husband’s wedding ring here, and we’ll be buying my band in the near future. Anytime we stop in they offer to clean my ring and it comes back to life. They also have bags of cheap sterling silver jewelry if you ask, we probably spent an hour once going through everything. Can’t say enough good things about Connections, its the only place we buy high quality jewelry from!
