Madeline M Dean designed my engagement ring and its absolutely perfect! I wanted to use my Grandmas diamond and some sapphires from my mothers ring, I came in with some inspo pics from Pinterest and he was able to take those and put them all together with his own suggestions and tweaks into something better than I had dreamt of! He was so great to work with, the attention to detail was incredible, and the pricing was great too. I cant recommend this place enough.

Becky McGrath This jeweler, Vinh Lee is so amazing! Vinh meticulously works for a perfect end result and exquisite finished product! I have turned my ring in several times for various things: resizing, rhodium etc and each time I get my ring back it looks better than new- I hope he is the main jeweler here forever so I can continue getting the most beautiful ring back each time!

Gilbert McKown First off, Kevin is the best! I come in wanting to buy some gold and silver as an investment for the future. I wasnt sure what I really wanted, but Kevin knew exactly what questions to ask me. He was totally transparent about what he would buy as good deals and pointed out the things that werent good deals, and some fun items to have as a collectable. Super informative and humble enough to admit when he didnt have all the information. After buying my coins and making it home, some of the numbers didnt add up on my receipt. I gave them a call and everything got sorted out instantly. Kevin was so nice with a "Merry Christmas" to end the call. This was an incredibly pleasant interaction and so much better than any experience I had with other main brand coin shops. I 100% recommend shopping here for anyone wanting to buy gold or silver. Gerald Parr Well, this is an interesting one for the books. I came to the store the Friday before Labor Day, thinking they were open (Google said yes), but when I arrived the sign on the door said open, but all was dark. Hmmm, maybe just havent opened. Nobody inside, so I emailed the address from Google and said "Your ad and door says open today, but youre not?" Unfortunately, Mr Android "I know better" spell checker (or my big fingers) jumped in and sent a somewhat different text, only changing AD to something else, where the S is right next to the D. OK, a couple days later I looked at my email and thought...well, you know. Anyway, I sent an apology on behalf of Mr Android and myself and they said they were sorry they werent open. SO, on with the review. I was pleasantly surprised with the place and expected to see people in suits, fancy dresses or whatever and everyone was casually (comfortably) dressed. The conversation was very professional, instructive, informative and sometimes even funny. (yes, they didnt know about the foo-foo) with the email until I mentioned it. It was not an instant expectation of sales or whatever. Its customer oriented, and if you dont see what suits you, pet the cute puppy and be on your merry way. The place is arranged well and able to give you on-the-spot information. Theyve been in business a long time, and I can see why. Maybe if I decide to get my honey of 39 years, it will be a go-to place. Make it your first stop, if at least out of curiosity.

Kelli Temeyosa Excellent business! I had a stone go missing from my ring and they were able to fix it and make it perfect again. They gave me a timeline of about a week but it was done in 3 days. Super fast and it looks beautiful. Very friendly people as well. I definitely recommend them. They are wonderful!

Kathryn Brown The customer service at Ben Bridge is next level. They remember you, know what you like, and are super friendly. Recently, I purchased a small necklace and they treated me like one of their most valued customers. It makes me want to come back and spend more money!
