Davis They have the nicest people working and the best customer service I’ve ever had. I went in to get my ring fixed because I had knocked the diamond loose at work and they fixed it for me in about 3 minutes! I called so many other places asking if they would be able to fix it, but those places said that they would have to take it out of town and it would take weeks. My wedding is only a few weeks away. I definitely recommend Lizzy’s! They also have really good prices jewelry too! Thanks yall! I am truly so thankful!!

Michael Larson Aimee is the gal to talk to when you’re looking for an engagement ring! She was thoughtful and made sure I got the one that I was looking for. Jullia Kim I went to over 20+ stores for my ring that I wanted. I saw it on display at another jeweler but wasnt with the right person to buy it at the time. I took a picture of it, and kept it until the time was right. Amit took a look at the picture, and after SO many other jewelers rejected me, said it would be no problem. Within a month (I would have waited longer because of how good of a job he did) he had the mounting made, had the stone choices for me to pick, and the shape was perfect. If youre looking for someone to help you with a custom ring, go no where else! AK Jewelers is going to be our jeweler going forward. :) Thank you so much for my beautiful ring!

Gary Cronce Case by Case response to Patrick’s negative review, First, we are sorry for the loss of Patrick’s mother. We are also sorry to see this review, as we strive to have a positive relationship with our clients. Patrick came into our shop with an assortment of silver, gold and costume jewelry he wanted to sell.      We made an offer, and he negotiated our price up an additional $2,500. We shook hands, he signed the agreement and left satisfied. He even came back in a couple of days and gave us some more jewelry boxes and bags. A month later he wanted to buy a ring back. We gave him a price and he said he would think about it. 4 months later he texted us, called us criminals and said he was going to write a negative review against us, and he did. We ended up giving him back the ring he wanted, he thanked us and said he will try to remove the negative review, and maybe he did. We never paid him $20 for a $1000 gold chain. When you buy something, you expect to make a profit. We paid over $10,000 for the items and have not come close to getting our investment back, perhaps we never will. Matthew Carpenter I had an amazing experience at STUDS! Prior to getting my lobes pierced at STUDS I had never had a piercing before. And let me tell you, I am so so happy with my choice of choosing STUDS. 10/10 experience. Everyone in the store was welcoming and extremely professional. Sonny I had great anxiety bringing my daughter in to get her ears pierced, Leanne did a great job explaining the process and coordinated so both earrings would be pierced at the same time. On the actual moment of getting her ears pierced the process was quick and she made sure before actually doing the piercing that its where we wanted it to be. Upon completion my daughter cried for no more than 5 seconds and was absolutely happy. We are super pleased with the service this banter offered us and will definitely come back again

Brittney Waterhouse I cannot recommend Lisa enough. She helped me re-structure some family jewelry that I inherited and then when I had a terrible experience with another jeweler for my custom engagement ring she came to my rescue. She is so kind and makes the process fun! I could tell she was just as excited as we were about the project and it filled me with so much peace.
