2 /5 Margarita Chavez: Went in for helix and lobe piercings and was a bit disappointed. I highly value transparency and I feel that I did not get that from this place. First off the adds posted for free piercing is only when they use the gun (didnt see that stated in the ad), which we didnt for most of ours. Also, they ring your earrings up at a higher price. I noticed after they did my childs piercing and told them, one lady said she would refund me the difference but then the "system" wouldnt let her and the person she brought in said all they can do is take the earrings off my childs freshly pierced ears and process a full refund because the price charged is their price. They said the prices must have just changed and they were not notified yet. I call B.S. on this because my sisters went in for piercings two days prior to us and they were also charged more for the earrings than the advertised price. To top it off after all this they put the earrings back in their display location with the same price, nothing changed. They are also very slow and as they were helping us they were having side conversations and not paying attention to us. They would stop moving to talk quite often to the point where I signaled my daughter to stop making conversation with them or we would never be done, we spent over two hours there. And in case you are looking for other options I heard the same owners own the other few businesses that provide this service close by.
