Gary Cronce Case by Case response to Patrick’s negative review, First, we are sorry for the loss of Patrick’s mother. We are also sorry to see this review, as we strive to have a positive relationship with our clients. Patrick came into our shop with an assortment of silver, gold and costume jewelry he wanted to sell.      We made an offer, and he negotiated our price up an additional $2,500. We shook hands, he signed the agreement and left satisfied. He even came back in a couple of days and gave us some more jewelry boxes and bags. A month later he wanted to buy a ring back. We gave him a price and he said he would think about it. 4 months later he texted us, called us criminals and said he was going to write a negative review against us, and he did. We ended up giving him back the ring he wanted, he thanked us and said he will try to remove the negative review, and maybe he did. We never paid him $20 for a $1000 gold chain. When you buy something, you expect to make a profit. We paid over $10,000 for the items and have not come close to getting our investment back, perhaps we never will. Daniel Ewing Excellent experience. I wanted a specific stone shape and had an idea of the ring. I was guided through the whole process well, continuously being offered great ideas as we matured the ring. Multiple wax models to ensure everything was exactly as I wanted in real life and even tweaked the finish once I saw the final ring. Cannot recommend enough.

Sutton Bradley Kim is an incredibly knowledgeable and detail-oriented gemologist who will work hard to meet every desire or your jewelry search, but more importantly he is a true friend to his customers. Kim truly cared about making my fiancés engagement ring an outstanding piece, allowing me to guide the process while injecting his expertise in a welcoming and approachable fashion. He worked very hard across many iterations to ensure the totally custom ring was everything she wanted. Prices and turnaround time were awesome. I would work with Kim 10 times out of 10 and highly encourage everyone else to.

Gracie Huberty A Finer Moment made it a great experience for me and my boyfriend to choose a homecoming dress for me. I had travelled to Spokane and booked an appointment online before knowing the dress shop was actually closed that day. But, after she found out the distance I had traveled, the owner Lisa was kind enough to show up with Janelle and help me choose a homecoming dress on late notice. Janelle was very kind and thoughtful and made me feel very welcome. Janelle also made me feel gorgeous in every dress I tried. 10/10 experience, would recommend to any girl looking for a formal dress.

Erin Crary Took my daughter here to get her daiths pierced to help with migraine. They were very respectful and skilled. The piercer took things at my daughters pace and made sure she was very comfortable and ready in a calm and humble way. It was super clean and the staff was exceptionally kind.

MJ I had a few stones that Garlands assessed and held onto until I figured out what exactly I wanted to do with them. Once I figured it out, I was able to coordinate with Kris from across the state on the design. With this, Garlands custom made a flawless, beautiful, one of a kind piece. I cannot express how seamless it was to work with Kris and James from out of town— I couldn’t have had a better experience and the ring turned out more beautiful than I could have ever imagined!
