Angie Kadirova Had such a great experience. The owner was very kind to my boyfriend and I. He gave us sweet advice since I’m and his wife have been married for so many years. I got two bracelets, my boyfriend got a ring. All of it was very nice:) very good experience here. I read some previous reviews and I would point out this owner is elderly and seems to have very traditional values maybe that explains his “rudeness” as mentioned in the other reviews. We both had an amazing time. Like amaaaazinggggg. They were very good.

Elizabeth Liu This place is so professional but welcoming! I got my back dermals done 2 ish months ago and they have healed so so well! My piercer was Jessica! absolutely amazing work and so well at taking your mind off everything going on. Undoubtedly painful but I was very at ease, we took so much time figuring out placement with no rush. Healing has been outstanding I have forgotten about them, they were done well, importantly deep enough making it flesh to the skin hopefully increasing the longevity. I definitely recommend, Ive been a sterile technician and each room has its own Statim sterilizer which I was so impressed by. They use it when you pick out your jewelry and before your piercing so it’s always sterile. Jewelry is great quality and front desk was helpful and accommodating, the price is definitely justified (statims are $$$)

Ruth Stolk This was my first experience at the jewelry source. It was recommended by our neighbor who has been to your business multiple times. We had an expensive piece of jewelry that needed to be altered, and we were not disappointed in the outcome. It was beautifully enhanced due to size that I needed for my finger. It was flawless. I was so happy to come back from a long trip to find it in such a great condition as it Was a 35 year relationship gift. I was also thrilled that they were willing to inspect and clean my wedding band and ring at no cost. Such a wonderful addition and unexpected outcome. Thank you so much for your service. Lymari Feliu Its been just over a week since i came here to get my eyebrow pierced. I admit i was nervous about getting it done at the mall but the experience was great and quick. I think my piercer was Heather (?) i dont fully remember but she was great. Talked me the through the whole process and gave me a rundown on healing. I dont typically heal well with certain metals and she didnt dismiss that like previous piercers elsewhere. She told me other jewelry options that might help and told me to come back and shed gladly switch them out but the healing has been smooth!

Holly picked out a similar pearl to compliment the lariat box chain. I have not even worn it a full 24 hours and Im getting so many compliments, letting people know about this amazing place. Great to support local woman owned business. I love pearls and Holly/team really show that. Pearls are definitely real and luxurious. Kind and caring team, I appreciate the time they took to taklk to me in person. Amazing hospitality.

Jeff M Memories Jewelry and Watch Repair was recommended by another jewelry store as they were unable to replace my watch’s battery. I called and found Memories did replace Movado watch batteries. So I headed down and saw how busy the store was. But Roth gave me a dollar and time estimate - and he met it. Great experience, I will return. River Collins I’ve wanted to get my grandpa’s watch repaired for many years now but wasn’t sure who to take it to. I went into Charlie’s about a week before Christmas. I could tell he was busy but he still took the time to talk to me about the watch and what could be done. I was told to leave the watch with him and come back in about 30 minutes. When I came back, the watch had been perfectly repaired and did all of it for no charge; as a Christmas present. I left in tears because of this truly kind and beautiful gesture. I am so appreciative of his kindness and wear my grandpa’s watch with pride daily. I highly recommend his business to everyone. Thank you again for being so generous, it is something I will never forget.

Roxeanne Swope If y"all close at 6:55 then you should post 6:55 not 7:00. The open light was on and the door was open. However the worker was there to close it down @6:55 and they let me know they were closed..
