1 /5 Deborah Simmons: I would give it minus 100 if it was possible. The younger guy was nice the older gentleman interrupted. I needed a chain fixed and cross. Well it downhill..he said his nephew whould have to guote me. Thants fine then said 175 to fix cross. And 80 to fix the chain. Ok ..... I said well maybe it will be better to just buy another cross it was Moms. I asked do you sell cross,es the young one said yes. The prejudice older gentleman said No we dont sell crosses slid my chains on the counter to me. Kept saying it has to lazered. I know . I grabbed the and left The face of the younger gentleman. I never felt so black. Never ever wil they get my business. I left feeling like Im a broke b++++ h. Which Im not.

5 /5 Jenni: My husband has been on the hunt for a 41mm Rolex after being on a waiting list for one for quite awhile. We stopped in today after a doctors appointment to see if wed luck into one. We were thrilled to find they had a completely unworn practically brand new one in the color/model he had been looking for. Not only that, but the price on it was very reasonable so he of course had to snag it. Very good service, great selection, highly recommend Charlies.

1 /5 nancyjason eberhart: I was there right at open today to get a ring sized, the gentleman said he needed to get someone to assist me it would be just a second. While waiting a gentleman walked in, now there are 2 customers. Another worker walked from the back doesn’t even look at myself or daughter just asks the customer after me how he can help. The customer advised him I was there before him, the worker doesn’t even look at me and just says he will be with me shortly. After 5 minutes we decided to leave. I wouldn’t recommend anyone I know to ever come here!

5 /5 River Collins: I’ve wanted to get my grandpa’s watch repaired for many years now but wasn’t sure who to take it to. I went into Charlie’s about a week before Christmas. I could tell he was busy but he still took the time to talk to me about the watch and what could be done. I was told to leave the watch with him and come back in about 30 minutes. When I came back, the watch had been perfectly repaired and did all of it for no charge; as a Christmas present. I left in tears because of this truly kind and beautiful gesture. I am so appreciative of his kindness and wear my grandpa’s watch with pride daily. I highly recommend his business to everyone. Thank you again for being so generous, it is something I will never forget.
