Hanz Atia I had the absolute best experience buying an engagement ring here. I felt welcomed as soon as I walked in the door, and really excited about the older rings they had to offer. I ended up finding the perfect one here— it’s a 1918 ring in perfect condition. Kevin Crane really made buying this ring an experience, he told us the history of the ring as well as the way he came to be a jeweler, and he took the time to talk to us about a modifications I wanted to make, swapping out the diamond for an emerald. He also designs jewelry and his own work is fantastic as well! He is a true artist in his work, I can’t say enough about how gorgeous this ring is and the amazing work he did on it.

Heather A Adams Over the last few weeks I have been to Sanford Design about four times and have had great service each time I went. The first time I went, I had a bunch of my beloved jewelry that has been broken or in disrepair restored. It was done in just a few days and now it feels like I have a whole new treasure chest back. I went back another time to have a ring cut off that I haven’t taken off in 10 years to have it cleaned and repaired and restored. It was quick and painless. I went back another time to get my husband’s watch opened and to get the battery replaced and while it was too large to fit the tool available, I went back a final time on the morning of my wedding to buy the most beautiful Pearl earrings that absolutely completed the look for my special day. I had seen them each time I went in, and I’m so glad I followed my intuition to get them. The service is always super sweet and quick and the prices are truly affordable when you take stock of what you’re really getting.

Rebecca Lai I got two lobes and an eyebrow piercing! Oh my god, it was such an easy-going, fun, and such a wonderful experience! Abra was sooo nice and Lucas, who helped us up front, was so knowledgeable and friendly. As someone whose only piercing experience was the classic Claires nail guns at the age of 14, I cannot gush enough how much I loved getting my first piercings here. Definitely gonna be visiting over and over again. :)

Jessica Sturgeon I had a diamond created from the ashes of my late husband and received it without a setting from the company that created it. I went into Geralds with a vision of how I wanted to wear this special piece. Already owning and wearing my wedding band on this lotus pendant enhancer, I wanted to wear it in between to show through. It took only a week for Debbie to find a piece that would fit not only my diamond but the way I wanted it to. Less than a week for it to come in and even less than 24 hours to mount and clean such a precious piece. I would choose Geralds any day to care for any of my jewelry.

jonna kopta I cant believe the effort Touchstone put into helping me repair my keepsake watch! It was my mothers watch, a precious gift with value beyond measure. Touchstone didnt give up, and they kept me informed throughout the repair process. Helen Warner I left a beautiful and delicate necklace with 4 chains at Runyan’s Jewelers which I somehow had managed to twist, knot and tangle all up. They were so very kind and spent multiple hours to put it right. When it was restored to its original form, I picked it up and expected a bill for the mess I had made. To my surprise there was no charge for all of their work. I am so very grateful to Runyan’s Jewelers for being so wonderful!Thank you again for all of your generous help!
