L C Very helpful customer service from Jasmin recently. I picked out a really cute necklace at a good price. They do ear piercings here, and the layout definitely reminded me of a Claires store. I would definitely return to this location for small, inexpensive, jewelry items and fashion accessories.

We bought my engagement ring and my husband’s wedding ring here, and we’ll be buying my band in the near future. Anytime we stop in they offer to clean my ring and it comes back to life. They also have bags of cheap sterling silver jewelry if you ask, we probably spent an hour once going through everything. Can’t say enough good things about Connections, its the only place we buy high quality jewelry from!

Not only was he attentive to our needs, but also patient and made sure we were happy with the piece we were leaving the store with. Gilbert McKown First off, Kevin is the best! I come in wanting to buy some gold and silver as an investment for the future. I wasnt sure what I really wanted, but Kevin knew exactly what questions to ask me. He was totally transparent about what he would buy as good deals and pointed out the things that werent good deals, and some fun items to have as a collectable. Super informative and humble enough to admit when he didnt have all the information. After buying my coins and making it home, some of the numbers didnt add up on my receipt. I gave them a call and everything got sorted out instantly. Kevin was so nice with a "Merry Christmas" to end the call. This was an incredibly pleasant interaction and so much better than any experience I had with other main brand coin shops. I 100% recommend shopping here for anyone wanting to buy gold or silver. Kyona Cavadini Chrissy was so professional and fun! She was easy to talk to. I brought my nephew in to get his ears pierced and I got new jewelry for my piercings. She walked us through all the steps and took time to explain everything. The most professional and clean piercing studio I’ve ever dealt with. Highly recommended and we will be back.
