Erin Crary Took my daughter here to get her daiths pierced to help with migraine. They were very respectful and skilled. The piercer took things at my daughters pace and made sure she was very comfortable and ready in a calm and humble way. It was super clean and the staff was exceptionally kind.

Vestudy Q Mr Paul Cresse is one of the most honorable people I have ever had the privilege of knowing AND he and his wife make some of the PNWs absolute finest handcrafted jewelry straight on his bench! This is a dying art as most bench jewelers were put out of business with mass production of cheap overseas hi production jewelry. I have had the privilege of watching Paul the Master Jewelry artisan in action personally from carving wax molds with eXacting precision to how he treats People with Great respect. His wife whom is from Korea is a TOP in class trained Master Designer and creator of Fine Jewelry. This is a best in class shop IMO. Being a jeweler in the area for 40+ years Paul has had to deal with armed robbers ( caught and put away ) so there is NO reason to question his use of Dogs in shop as a necessity of preventing such occurrences. Laksmi was super helpful throughout the process and helped me feel confident in making design tradeoff decisions and teaching me important details that make engagement rings special. Laksmi located the absolute perfect center gem stone for my engagement ring and the exact color of sky-blue accent stones I wanted. Both searches were not standard and she was able to find them quickly. The custom process took 6 weeks and the VM team delivered with no delays! They also work with a 5th generation jewelry fabricator in the area so I felt confident the craftsmanship would be top notch. It was! And my fiancé said yes! She loves the ring and we both cant stop staring at it.

LoriAnns CraftWorks Wandered in with a portion of our Mothers estate jewelry. Pieces that were never appraised and very little history. We couldnt identify several stones, whether pieces were real or costume and what was needing to be appraised for insurance purposes. Everyone was so helpful! Truly amazing service for someone who wasnt buying. Items identified, gem knowledge shared and advice to check with my insurance company before paying for appraisals. Not often you find such helpfulness without spending money. While I dont live here anymore, I visit several times a year, Chreys will be my go to for all my jewelry needs. We also had several items to sell. They offered a good price. 10/10 would recommend checking out this jeweler. They had some amazing pieces on display too.
