Ha Travis I got this pendant in a trade and went here to sell it. The guy was extremely nice and tested it super quick. He told me it was 10 karat, I then asked how much he’d pay for it. He gave me a great price, a lot better than pawn shops around. Considering the price of gold now and the current scrap price, he paid a strong amount for my pendant. Very fair and nice guy. Quick and easy. Great jeweler.

Jill OBrien-Dawson The love of my life bought me a beautiful ring for Valentines Day. I loved everything about it. Thankfully he also bought the warranty that is offered. Eight months later one of the smaller diamonds fell out. No problem - it happens. Because we live in Bellevue we took it to that store for repair. The lady behind the counter refused to repair it as we did not bring it in for the six month adjustment. We did not do this because we were not given that piece of the warranty paperwork that stated we should bring it in. Its a separate document. She suggested that we take it to the Redmond store to see if that manager would be willing to help us. One look at the warranty paperwork we did have, he immediately said yes. Elisabelle Gonzalez Tara is amazing! I had been looking to sell my jewelry for years but never came across someone that I felt I could trust until I met Tara. Its especially difficult having a lack of knowledge in this expertise and trying to find a business that will be honest about the true worth of jewelry. She is open and honest about her work and she has made me a loyal life-long client. Every artist had their own little area, which was fitting. My wife found some beautiful necklaces, and the lady helping her was very patient and kind. My wife bought the necklace and wore it out.
