Taylor Howard I came in on Friday and was greeted by Kelsy. As a first time buyer and someone brand new to collecting watches I had about a thousand questions for Kelsy and she very patiently answered every last one! Ultimately she helped me decide on the Seiko Presage Cocktail Time (First photo with the green face). She was very mindful of budget, explaining the different levels of design for each price point. s b Mars was AMAZING. Right from the beginning, she was friendly, warm, and super helpful. She offered to clean my heirloom wedding ring and my husband’s heirloom gold necklace. We expressed interest in adding more prongs to my wedding ring. Mars explained the process of sending my rings in, replacing a broken diamond, and getting my set appraised. Our experience with Mars today solidified our decision to move forward with Kay Jewelers for our future jeweler needs.

Jared Graveline Robin was very nice, asked good questions about what I was looking for. She pulled out so many options for me to look at, take pictures to get my wifes thoughts. Took some time but we found the necklace for my daughters 21st B Day. As always Helzberg is the place I get my diamonds from.

Branden Incredibly nice people to work with. My finances engagement ring had prong issues that wouldnt let the stone sit properly. They took care of the issue within a week. We are happy with the customer service, quick turnaround, and quality of their craftsmanship.

Kyle Cummings Came in looking for switch joysticks for my friends birthday, and I saw on their website that the joysticks were $34.99, but when I entered the store they were labeled as $54.99. Aaron noticed a price tag error on another set and decided to help me out and price the controllers at the online inventory price. He was very polite and immediately acknowledged the error on the price tag. Best service Ive had yet in this store!

Chelsea Jordan My husband and I purchased our first wedding sets from Warrens 10 years ago. Within the last few years we were exploring an upgrade, especially approaching our 10 year anniversary. We traveled to Mexico recently and about 2 weeks before leaving we popped into Warrens to see what options they had. Lynel greeted me with a smile and said "come over and show me what youre thinking". She was genuine, kind, easy to talk to and never once made things feel uncomfortable. I also respected that she stayed within my price range. We found a new ring I fell in love with. Over the next couple of days, my husband and I went back, shopped for a beautiful diamond (an experience Ive never had) and confirmed our new purchase. My husband wanted me to have it for Mexico because we were there for Valentines Day. Lynel and her team made this dream come to fruition in a matter of days. I could not stop smiling the day I was able to wear my ring and still catch myself staring at it often; it is PERFECTION!!! The entire experience was amazing and seamless. Thank you, Warrens and especially Lynel for outstanding customer service.
