5 /5 Rebecca Saxton: Shout out to Claire, she was a wonderful consultant and I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with this business. I look forward to the day I can come here and design jewelry for myself :) My sister and I came in with a clear vision for what we wanted as a gift for our mom, Claire was very informative and thorough, helping us decide what gemstones/cuts/chains anchored?/and chain style. The price quoted was accurate, and the cost breakdown was laid out for us at the beginning. We put down a $250 deposit June 21, 4 days later we got the CAD rendering, approved the first iteration, paid 50% of the remaining balance cost, and August 22 we picked it up and paid the final 50%. $1250 in total for a silver bar necklace with synthetic emerald/peridot/sapphire, my sister and I are very happy with how our vision was executed and cant wait to share this with our mom

4 /5 S Davis: The owner and the gentleman who I initially worked with when I first dropped of my wedding band and engagement ring for a cleaning and repair were very nice! It was clear that they were experts in their field and I loved meeting the owners 2 cute dogs. I admit that I had not cleaned my wedding band in the 2 years that I have had it due to moving across the country, planning a wedding and buying a house. So when I got my ring back almost a month ago, I thought it was a completely different ring. They clearly did an excellent job cleaning it. The owner did explain that my reaction was a common one. Especially if the customer had not gotten their jewelry professionally cleaned before. And while I do understand that, what I did not appreciate was the other female representative essentially telling me that if I wanted my ring to look like it did when I first brought it in, that I should wash my hands in oil/dirt with the ring on. I thought her comment was rude and unnecessary. I did apologize profusely to the owner for the misunderstanding. I genuinely thought my ring looked different and will definitely be more diligent about getting it cleaned. However, I did not care for the other female representative and think she should have handled the situation better. I would still recommend this jewelry store. Again the owner was very kind and I thought they had a great selection of pearls.

5 /5 Evan Lamicella: From the moment I walked in, the whole experience felt special. Leslie and Claire were absolutely incredible, so helpful, patient, and genuinely sweet. They made the entire process smooth and actually enjoyable. You can tell they both care deeply about the work they do and making sure you walk away with something you truly love. The quality of the jewelry is stunning, and the attention to detail blew me away. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured just supported and taken care of from start to finish. I’ll 100% be coming back. If you’re looking for something custom or just want a high-end, thoughtful experience, this is the place to go.

5 /5 Kylee Vondra: We had a very special situation. I was optimistically browsing for the perfect ring while on vacation, the ring had to be ready to go day of. I’ve been ring shopping for over a year with very little luck and this store had the most appealing selection than anywhere else I’d been. There were three ring in contention, but at the end of the day, one I just couldn’t go without. The staff was so sweet and fun to hang around with. Extremely accommodating! Not pushy at all. I could feel that they really wanted to help me. They sized the ring with in 30 minutes! I walked out with the ring of my dreams and a memorable experience.

5 /5 Jessie Cheon: 5/5 stars would not even describe how wonderful their staff and service is. I broke my 2 ct gemstone engagement ring 3 weeks before my wedding and frantically visited local jewelry stores in Seattle area to get the gemstone replaced with a lab pink diamond. When I talked to LT Denny staff, I knew I would be taken care of and chose to work with them. Andrea and team was amazing to work with. Not only did she find the perfect pink diamond, she was able to get the exact dimension diamond that my prong was needing to Seattle the next day to show me. I was working on a tight deadline and she made it work. The bonus- the diamond sourcer that LT denny works with had better pricing that than online wholesaler I was about to purchase online. The diamond setting (2 ct pink tourmaline gemstone -> pink diamond) took around 2 weeks and I was able to pick up my wedding ring before my wedding. The setting was not damaged during the process. If anything, I think the ring looks better than when we purchased it at Tiffany & Co. Cannot thank them enough for saving the day! TY to all staff at LT Denny~
