Sutton Bradley Kim is an incredibly knowledgeable and detail-oriented gemologist who will work hard to meet every desire or your jewelry search, but more importantly he is a true friend to his customers. Kim truly cared about making my fiancés engagement ring an outstanding piece, allowing me to guide the process while injecting his expertise in a welcoming and approachable fashion. He worked very hard across many iterations to ensure the totally custom ring was everything she wanted. Prices and turnaround time were awesome. I would work with Kim 10 times out of 10 and highly encourage everyone else to.

Sequoia Pullella Barca I took a jewelry class from Leah 3 years ago, and loved it, so I knew she was the perfect person to help me make my husbands wedding ring. I brought a complicated idea to her, after being rejected by many jewelers, and she was happy to help! The lesson was a few hours long and easy to follow. Leah did the entire ring making process in front of me as a demo, and then I repeated the process completely independently after, with guidance. My husband loved the ring, and its so special that I made it entirely myself. Highly recommend!

Katy Garza Yoshi and Mike are amazing! Both of these gentlemen helped me with my husbands wedding band. Yoshi helped with the initial purchase and answered my many questions. When the ring didnt come in looking like it should, Mike helped make sure to send it off to get it fixed. Everyone in this store is great, and my experience with Kay is always phenomenal.

eazytrgt Recently went to get an engagement for my now fiancé. Staff was extremely helpful in meeting my needs. I had a quick turn around for getting an engagement ring that require shipping and assembly of the ring. The staff (particularly the manager) was extremely helpful in helping me get the ring in time and ensuring I stayed within my budget. Very thankful for the staff here!

From start to finish, the process was seamless, professional, and actually really fun! Cynthia was incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable. She explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable with the placement and style before getting started. I loved that she had a great selection of chains and charms to choose from—everything was high quality and beautifully crafted. The welding process was quick and the end result is a stunning anklet that feels both delicate and strong. Its such a meaningful and stylish way to mark a special moment, and I love that I’ll be wearing it every day. Olivia Lyons A great shop with incredibly helpful staff. I visited Alvin Goldfarb Jewler for the first time about two weeks ago, looking to purchase a new watch. It was a relatively new model and a pretty popular one at that, so stock was pretty much non-existent in the area. Chatted with Mark for a while about my interest and left my information in the event that one became available. Fast forward a couple days, I received the call that the watch had arrived in stock. Made my way back to the shop a couple days later and purchased the amazing Tudor Black Bay 58 GMT that I’d been looking for! Super welcoming environment, again very kind staff—Mark was personable, kind, and so helpful in showing me the features of the watch. This is truly a top tier jeweler.

Jade Marie Scam artist! Wish we would have read the comments before making a purchase. My spouse bought me two rings for Christmas. The first one was white gold with an amethyst. Not even a week later the stone fell out. I don’t have a job that’s rough and take my rings off to do dishes etc. so the fact that it fell out within a week is ridiculous. Then when we read the comments this happened to someone else as well. They wouldnt do anything to help or replace the stone. The second ring is white gold, diamonds, and tanzanite. Well we were lead to believe it was a tanzanite but not even a month later and the stone is becoming clear/see through and most definitely not real. I’m not going to stand by though and do nothing. I’ve contacted the BBB, Westfield Mall (we’re they are located), and will go to the news if I have too. The fact that they are getting away with ripping people off infuriates me. We work hard for the things we purchase and want these things to be nice. At the very least last longer than a week!! I would recommend never stepping a foot in this jewelry store if you value your money.
