Kim I was running late and got to the store about 5:20 pm and they closed at 6:00pm. The lady that helped me was very knowledgeable and I had quite a bit of stuff for her to look at. We got through part of it and I will be going back tomorrow to finish what I have. The staff was super friendly and I appreciated the security that they have for their store. They were helpful and answered all my questions so I able to conduct my business in a timely manner and go about my day. The store was well organized, and very clean. I definitely will go back.

He opened a ton of cases for us, reccommended things he thought we would like, and offered to clean my girlfriends earrings for free when I mentioned they were dirty while she was trying on some peridot earrings. I have bought earrings and chains here in the past and there is always super knowledgeable and helpful staff.

Travis Lambert I typically buy gold and dont really sell but I found myself needing a little extra cash. I checked around but I ended up landing at Northwest Gold and Diamond. Mark met me at the door to greet me, was clear and quick, and most importantly, he gave me a more than fair price for my gold. He was also very descreet when another client showed up while we were still doing business. Mark also followed up with a call I had made to the shop before I arrived as he thought he missed another possible customer. He gave me great service and I would reccommend this company to anyone looking to get great service and a great price for your gold!

We have had several repairs and purchased multiple necklace and been very happy. One necklace we bought broke within a week and they took care of us no questions no hesitation. Watch batteries and watch selections they have the best in town!! The crew they have working for them, really keeps us coming back!! Kristi is a rock star!!
