We have had several repairs and purchased multiple necklace and been very happy. One necklace we bought broke within a week and they took care of us no questions no hesitation. Watch batteries and watch selections they have the best in town!! The crew they have working for them, really keeps us coming back!! Kristi is a rock star!!

I went to borthwick jewelry to buy a lab grown diamond ring and I am beyond thrilled with both my ring and the amazing experience I had at the store. I got a beautiful diamond at an extremely fair price and couldnt be happier. All the staff including the owner, the diamond king, were so awesome and friendly. The whole experience felt very welcoming and fun rather than just being transactional. They also cleaned a bunch of my jewelry for free! They also had a great selection of really impressive crystals and large geodes.

2 /5 Jackie Strauch: I shopped at borthwick for many years. The jewelry is beautiful , however I will never shop there again, let me take a moment to explain why. My husband purchased a ring for me to add to my existing wedding band . The young man assured me he would have no problem adding that to my ring and removing the one we were replacing. When I was told I could come pick it up I was excited , but to my disappointment the ring was damaged. I asked if they would fix it, quickly they said, “yes we’ll make it right”. Again, I waited for my ring, two weeks later I got the call it was ready. Much to my surprise my ring was worse. That was when I made the decision to take my damaged wedding ring and go somewhere else. Later I requested my other ring back that they took from the original wedding band. I was devastated, that ring was completely destroyed. A few weeks later I received a card from Mr. Borthwick apologizing for the damage to my rings and two gifts cards one for 25.00 to borthwick’’s jewelry and 50.00 for dinner . I sent them back feeling insulted . I have now spent over 2000.00 to have my rings fixed from the damage by his jeweler. I would not recommend this jewelry shop.
