Elisabelle Gonzalez Tara is amazing! I had been looking to sell my jewelry for years but never came across someone that I felt I could trust until I met Tara. Its especially difficult having a lack of knowledge in this expertise and trying to find a business that will be honest about the true worth of jewelry. She is open and honest about her work and she has made me a loyal life-long client. She is so fun to talk to, our appointments felt more like fun, rather than business (though she was able to multi-task both). Taras communication is very quick and thorough. Shes an extremely hard worker and truly does everything she can for her clients. I cant imagine going anywhere else for jewelry related needs and I wish I could rate her more stars!

Jill OBrien-Dawson The love of my life bought me a beautiful ring for Valentines Day. I loved everything about it. Thankfully he also bought the warranty that is offered. Eight months later one of the smaller diamonds fell out. No problem - it happens. Because we live in Bellevue we took it to that store for repair. The lady behind the counter refused to repair it as we did not bring it in for the six month adjustment. We did not do this because we were not given that piece of the warranty paperwork that stated we should bring it in. Its a separate document. She suggested that we take it to the Redmond store to see if that manager would be willing to help us. One look at the warranty paperwork we did have, he immediately said yes. He was kind, courteous and professional. Thank you Erik! You are a great manager for Fred Meyer.

LoriAnns CraftWorks Wandered in with a portion of our Mothers estate jewelry. Pieces that were never appraised and very little history. We couldnt identify several stones, whether pieces were real or costume and what was needing to be appraised for insurance purposes. Everyone was so helpful! Truly amazing service for someone who wasnt buying. Items identified, gem knowledge shared and advice to check with my insurance company before paying for appraisals. Not often you find such helpfulness without spending money. While I dont live here anymore, I visit several times a year, Chreys will be my go to for all my jewelry needs. We also had several items to sell. They offered a good price. 10/10 would recommend checking out this jeweler. They had some amazing pieces on display too. I saw some earrings that are going on my wish list. Thank you Chreys for turning a stressful situation into a laughter filled memory. Our Mother would have loved your shop.

Michael Larson Aimee is the gal to talk to when you’re looking for an engagement ring! She was thoughtful and made sure I got the one that I was looking for. River Collins I’ve wanted to get my grandpa’s watch repaired for many years now but wasn’t sure who to take it to. I went into Charlie’s about a week before Christmas. I could tell he was busy but he still took the time to talk to me about the watch and what could be done. I was told to leave the watch with him and come back in about 30 minutes. When I came back, the watch had been perfectly repaired and did all of it for no charge; as a Christmas present. I left in tears because of this truly kind and beautiful gesture. I am so appreciative of his kindness and wear my grandpa’s watch with pride daily. I highly recommend his business to everyone. Thank you again for being so generous, it is something I will never forget.
