5 /5 galadriel hook: They sized up a ring from my mother. They did it for what they quoted, which was more than fair. They also got it back to me earlier than expected.

1 /5 Shauna Jones: Me and my husband went in to see how much it would be to get my wedding set sized up and we did not have a very good experience. We walked through the door and the lady payed no mind to us as she was too busy chatting with another customer about personal stuff and did not even say to us she would be with us shortly or anything even though we were the only other customers there on Valentines Day. When I handed her my ring she was very pushy about getting the prongs fixed. She quoted us a price and my husband made a comment that we were comparing prices and her whole demeanor changed. Her personal phone went off and she picked it up and told the person that it was a good time to talk because the customers were about to leave. When infact we wanted to look at a few rings so she made us feel unwelcomed as we about she didnt even say anything to us so we left. Definitely not going back there if she is going to have an attitude like that.

1 /5 Rachael Middlekoop: I was irritated. My fiancé was furious. Maybe this shop has new owners? We went in for a re size on a ring. One of the things that makes it special is the patina on it. It’s very rustic and we told her that. They sized it and polished it. If she couldn’t patina it after sizing she should have told us that. Now I have to mail my ring to the maker in California to fix it. I didn’t want to mail it initially because it makes me nervous. Now I have to. She was very snappy with us and tried telling us that my gold ring might have copper in it haha oh my god don’t go here. She was very snappy and rude with us. I was over charged as well. Drive to Spokane!!

5 /5 Tim the Hermit: The head jeweler Andy is a great man. He not only repairs watches and jewelry, but also was able to make a house call and fix our grandfather clock. Very nice guy. Highly recommend him.
