Tijanae Castro I walked into Zales with a broken ring less than 24 hours before my wedding. I was stressed and afraid I wouldn’t be able to be accommodated. Caroline was the one who helped us out and she was absolutely amazing!! She was sweet, understanding, and did everything in her power to make things right for us. Caroline, Willow, and Mehrzad all worked together to come with a solution for my husband and I. I am very grateful for them because I was able to walk out with a ring. These ladies are AMAZING. They honestly saved my wedding big time.

Katie Schepker Absolutely obsessed with this jewelry store! Our annual friend trip ended with getting permanent bracelets here and we had an amazing time with Heidi and Marshall. Heidi was so knowledgeable and informative on diamonds, bands, and gave us the room to learn what we like and trying on rings without the pressure to buy. Kyona Cavadini Chrissy was so professional and fun! She was easy to talk to. I brought my nephew in to get his ears pierced and I got new jewelry for my piercings. She walked us through all the steps and took time to explain everything. The most professional and clean piercing studio I’ve ever dealt with. Highly recommended and we will be back.
