Kelly I visited this store to buy some jewelry. The designs looked beautiful in the photos, but in real life, the jewelry felt cheap and lacked the refined finishing I was hoping for. The materials didn’t seem durable, and after just a few wears, the piece started to tarnish. I honestly don’t think I’ll ever come back again. Extremely disappointed.

eazytrgt Recently went to get an engagement for my now fiancé. Staff was extremely helpful in meeting my needs. I had a quick turn around for getting an engagement ring that require shipping and assembly of the ring. The staff (particularly the manager) was extremely helpful in helping me get the ring in time and ensuring I stayed within my budget. Very thankful for the staff here!

rose tintedglasses I have been here many times, and usually have a good experience. This last two times I was looking for a ring, and I could not make up my mind. Staff was patient and thoughtful in helping me look for something. Dani specifically helped me find the one. She listened to what I was looking for and was looking all over the display case to find me one I would like. Overall, great experience and I will be back!

After a terrible experience at a different location, we decided to make the extra drive to another location to get my rings fixed correctly. They both helped me correctly size my ring to its correct size, fixed another issue we were having with one of my rings not showing up in the system (a struggle that we had for three years!!), and were very attentive to our concerns. Thank you so much!

The manager and the rest of the s taff were equally impressive, offering warm hospitality and expert guidance throughout the entire process. Their passion and dedication to providing world-class service truly set this boutique apart. This was by far the best luxury retail experience I have ever had, and I cannot recommend this location highly enough. Kaliane Oung My friends and I recently had a private event hosted by Social Chain. I had reached out to Mackenzie as we were having trouble confirming and finding a spot that would accommodate us. Mackenzie ended up helping organize our event and found a beautiful restaurant to host. The event was so much fun where we got to have dinner/drinks/permanent jewelry. This was our first time getting permanent jewelry and we are all obsessed. Thank you Mackenzie for hosting such a wondering evening and going above and beyond for us. We had such a great time!

Gracie Huberty A Finer Moment made it a great experience for me and my boyfriend to choose a homecoming dress for me. I had travelled to Spokane and booked an appointment online before knowing the dress shop was actually closed that day. But, after she found out the distance I had traveled, the owner Lisa was kind enough to show up with Janelle and help me choose a homecoming dress on late notice. Janelle was very kind and thoughtful and made me feel very welcome. Janelle also made me feel gorgeous in every dress I tried. 10/10 experience, would recommend to any girl looking for a formal dress.
