5 /5 Sidewalk Slammer: I recently had the pleasure of working with Michelle at Fred Meyer Jewelers and I cannot say enough good things about my experience. Michelles knowledge of the products was exceptional - she was able to answer all of my questions and provide valuable insights that helped me make an informed decision. Not only was she incredibly knowledgeable, but she was also extremely friendly and personable, making the shopping experience enjoyable and stress-free. Additionally, Michelles communication skills were top-notch. She kept me informed every step of the way and made sure I was satisfied with my purchase. Her attention to detail and dedication to customer service really set her apart. Overall, I highly recommend working with Michelle at Fred Meyer Jewelers. Her expertise, friendliness, and excellent communication skills make her a standout employee. I will definitely be returning for any future jewelry purchases. 1 /5 Isa Rose: Went to get my ring sized, because I didn’t like how tight it is on my finger, and the Tracey tried to talk me out of sizing it how I wanted. Said it’s supposed to be tight on the finger “like that” with a little struggle to pull off, basically saying it’s fine. . I proceeded to tell her I would like it more loose and she kind of laughed at me through out the whole process. Me and my sister both thought she was being rude and short. She then put the order in, took the ring and said she would call me shortly to let me know what’s going on. I had to call back to be notified I won’t have an answer until Tuesday. I myself work at a Fred Meyers and know that’s not how you are supposed to help a customer. Tracey does not give good service.

1 /5 Brett: Took a watch in to get a battery replaced, was initially told by a lady that they would have to send it into their "watch expert" to replace it, and another associate said she thought she could figure it out. After she took my watch and got the backing off and removed the battery, she said she was having issues getting the new battery seated. She then called over the manager to look at it, and I told them not to worry about it, and that I would take the watch elsewhere as their lack of experience was making me uncomfortable with my watch. The associate brushed me off and said "weve almost got it." It took her an additional 5ish minutes of working on my watch under the direction of her manager (the same one who had originally told me they couldnt work on it) to finally get the battery in. Not planning on giving them any more of my business.

1 /5 Mark Turvin: I have never...I mean NEVER...had them fill a prescription or take an order without some kind of problem. Its got to be some kind of record. Truly abysmal. I may work next door, but Im taking my business to a less convenient but better run location.

1 /5 Ashley Adamson: I called today to inquire about my ring being sized, before I could even ask my questions Veronica cut me off and told me Noting will be done until 6. Little advise, let the customer finish telling you why they are calling before interrupting them, and telling them the answer to what you thought was their question. Will not be going back to this location after picking up my ring.
