Jen R I went to Marianos to have a ring resized. Both the women behind the counter, and the jeweler, were extremely helpful. I shopped and asked tons of questions, and tried things on, even though I was technically only there for a resize. They were gracious and very helpful and I will be back to purchase a little bling I looked at while I was there!

Jared Graveline Robin was very nice, asked good questions about what I was looking for. She pulled out so many options for me to look at, take pictures to get my wifes thoughts. Took some time but we found the necklace for my daughters 21st B Day. As always Helzberg is the place I get my diamonds from.

Mari G Lapis is one of my favorite stores to purchase jewelry in Tacoma. They carry designer Jamie Joseph rings, which I love and always get so many compliments on! favorites. The staff is always friendly and helpful, making shopping a pleasure!

N C I was here to buy my first bracelet couple of months ago and DAYA helped me to build it. And today came back to return some charms because the price went down. Idk about rest of the sales associates because they were like we can’t return and didn’t seem like helpful. But the sales lead DAYA was so kind to help me. Came to return 4 charms and ended up buying more than 10 charms and a jewelry box. DAYA is always helpful and knowledgeable. I am very happy with her positive attitude and customer service. Andria Welty Menashe has treated my Fiance and I with a top notch experience. The first time we went to look for engagement rings they hung out with us for over an hour as we looked at different styles to figure out what we liked. When my fiance went back to settle on a ring they decided to do custom. His experience blew us away. We have since gone back to figure out our wedding bands and decided to do a custom piece for his wedding ring which turned out perfect!
