We appreciate their amazing job resizing my wedding ring and ordering my husbands ring in time for our wedding. They provide top notch customer service, excellent resolution, are very friendly, kind, resourceful, welcoming, and care about your needs. Josh Crouse Not so great experience so far dealing with FMJ. To start with the good: Ring selection in house is mediocre, HOWEVER Fred Meyer’s online selection was pretty decent, especially for low-mid priced engagement rings. Shipping was relatively quick considering the pandemic still jamming things up and the associates were very helpful when assisting in re-sizing. Here’s where things went south fast. After waiting almost three weeks for the ring to be resized, upon pickup the ring has two major defects. Out of the four prongs holding the stone in, a single prong is shaped incorrectly and is inconsistent looking with the other three. Secondly, the stone itself does not sit perfectly in line with the ring to the point where itself considerably noticeable. It’s these issues that made me return the ring on the spot to see if it could be fixed. I was told it could be up to another three weeks until I have the ring back to me. Paying upwards of 1.5K I would expect just a bit more attention to detail. I just want to propose to my girlfriend already.

Steven Phillipe Frank did a great job helping me convert an important piece of my familys history into an updated pendant. I can not tell you enough how much I appreciate his simple guidance and timeliness. Turned out better than expected. Thank you, Frank. This will continue to be passed down in my family for generations to tell the story of why our family immigrated to the US in the late 1800s for the California gold rush. Much appreciated!

Matthew Davidson Came here with my girlfriend to browse their ring selection. Worked with Jamal, he is super knowledgeable and seems to enjoy working here. He opened a ton of cases for us, reccommended things he thought we would like, and offered to clean my girlfriends earrings for free when I mentioned they were dirty while she was trying on some peridot earrings. I have bought earrings and chains here in the past and there is always super knowledgeable and helpful staff.
