Victor Law My wife came in looking at their jewelry collection. The interior was modern and spacious. There were collections from different artists all over the world. Every artist had their own little area, which was fitting. My wife found some beautiful necklaces, and the lady helping her was very patient and kind. My wife bought the necklace and wore it out.

Jade Marie Scam artist! Wish we would have read the comments before making a purchase. My spouse bought me two rings for Christmas. The first one was white gold with an amethyst. Not even a week later the stone fell out. I don’t have a job that’s rough and take my rings off to do dishes etc. so the fact that it fell out within a week is ridiculous. Then when we read the comments this happened to someone else as well. They wouldnt do anything to help or replace the stone. The second ring is white gold, diamonds, and tanzanite. Well we were lead to believe it was a tanzanite but not even a month later and the stone is becoming clear/see through and most definitely not real. I’m not going to stand by though and do nothing. I’ve contacted the BBB, Westfield Mall (we’re they are located), and will go to the news if I have too. The fact that they are getting away with ripping people off infuriates me. We work hard for the things we purchase and want these things to be nice. At the very least last longer than a week!! I would recommend never stepping a foot in this jewelry store if you value your money.

Jeff M Memories Jewelry and Watch Repair was recommended by another jewelry store as they were unable to replace my watch’s battery. I called and found Memories did replace Movado watch batteries. So I headed down and saw how busy the store was. But Roth gave me a dollar and time estimate - and he met it. Great experience, I will return. Kaliane Oung My friends and I recently had a private event hosted by Social Chain. I had reached out to Mackenzie as we were having trouble confirming and finding a spot that would accommodate us. Mackenzie ended up helping organize our event and found a beautiful restaurant to host. The event was so much fun where we got to have dinner/drinks/permanent jewelry. This was our first time getting permanent jewelry and we are all obsessed. Thank you Mackenzie for hosting such a wondering evening and going above and beyond for us. We had such a great time!

Rebecca Lai I got two lobes and an eyebrow piercing! Oh my god, it was such an easy-going, fun, and such a wonderful experience! Abra was sooo nice and Lucas, who helped us up front, was so knowledgeable and friendly. As someone whose only piercing experience was the classic Claires nail guns at the age of 14, I cannot gush enough how much I loved getting my first piercings here. Definitely gonna be visiting over and over again. :)
