They provide you with a complete description of the piece of jewelry in which you are interested. There is a 60-day return policy, which I find very generous. Shipping is free and they do not charge for resizing rings. They are always available to answer any questions you might have. I feel very comfortable ordering jewelry from their site and have never had a problem for the last 3 years that I have dealt with the company. I trust them explicitly.

5 /5 GT G: I purchased a tie clip for a last minute party. Meghan fielded my many questions before I even committed to purchase. I suspect that Meghan was unsure whether I was truly interested. That said, her responsiveness seemed genuine. Second, everyone, with whom I spoke at EraGem was responsive and courteous. I dont normally wear tie clips . . . in fact, I dont normally wear ties. But, my wife was invited to a birthday party for her cousin, decades her senior (and who is more formal than us). I think the tie clip pulled my ensemble together.The tie color was mandatory . . . ha. Thank you EraGem
