Andrea Duncan Erika makes jewelry that is so unique that I keep going back for more as does my husband. I receive so many nice compliments from co workers and guests when I wear her jewelry. And thank goodness I don’t have to go any further than North Bend for jewelry repairs. She’s the best!

Chelsea Borror Bobbi was amazing! I have had my ring for 3 years (my engagement ring) and the largest diamond fell out. I had some repair work done and the stone replaced but it left the ring looking melted and sloppy. I had it sent back to fix that with no improvement other than the shape. Me and my husband came in today to have our yearly inspection done for our insurance to stay valid and I once again stated I was unhappy with the way it looked and I almost never wore it anymore. The original lady helping was looking at it for a very long time and said she was going to do the bare minium again to fix it. Eventually she called Bobbi over to save the day! She took one look at my ring and said they would happily honor the insurance and "buy out" and replace my ring for only the cost of a new warranty! I walked out today with a beautiful new ring for a small fee and so incredibly happy! She was so so helpful and kind and made a once bad experience into a wonderful one and I cannot thank her enough! If you go to this location make sure she is the one to help you!

Lauren Berry Update!: Its so clear you can see the band. Its gorgeous. Arrived on time. Pretty packaging and is stunning! It looks best in natural light. I love my VVS1 D clarity natural diamond 1.51 carat. I sound like an ad, I know but I did a lot of research on diamonds beforehand. No pun intended. Original Review: Kyle knew exactly what I was talking about when I said VVS1 D clarity diamond and helped me choose a carat of diamond that shows off the Emerald cut. Kay "jewelers" tried to sell me a VVS1 I clarity diamond and Kyle sat and listened to me complain and was super nice even though he had to help choose a diamond and the settings. He gave me beautiful choices and listened. Now Im just waiting for them to set it and send it. Kay jewelers almost completely ruined valentines day but Kyle at Blue Nile saved it. Thank you Kyle!

Taylor Howard I came in on Friday and was greeted by Kelsy. As a first time buyer and someone brand new to collecting watches I had about a thousand questions for Kelsy and she very patiently answered every last one! Ultimately she helped me decide on the Seiko Presage Cocktail Time (First photo with the green face). She was very mindful of budget, explaining the different levels of design for each price point. Ashley Ritch Have made a couple purchases here in the last year with Havi! My husband bought me a gorgeous necklace this year for my birthday and I also did a custom bracelet with her that was an upcycling project I wanted. It turned out so pretty and both pieces are heirlooms in my collection.

Arlene Allegra Great designs, great pricing and trustworthy. Repairs, replacements , and beautiful designs. Sabrina is terrific when you want to take a piece of jewelry and make it into something you use all the time. She also has fabulous pieces to add to your collections.

Jen R I went to Marianos to have a ring resized. Both the women behind the counter, and the jeweler, were extremely helpful. I shopped and asked tons of questions, and tried things on, even though I was technically only there for a resize. They were gracious and very helpful and I will be back to purchase a little bling I looked at while I was there!

Bryce Villanueva My fiancée and I stopped in without any plans to buy, but we were lucky to be helped by Leslie. She was incredibly friendly, patient, and fun to work with! We were in good hands because she always made sure we felt heard and comfortable. I want to also acknowledge the whole staff who were kind and welcoming. We’re so happy we ended up purchasing our wedding bands here. Highly recommend!

Elisabelle Gonzalez Tara is amazing! I had been looking to sell my jewelry for years but never came across someone that I felt I could trust until I met Tara. Its especially difficult having a lack of knowledge in this expertise and trying to find a business that will be honest about the true worth of jewelry. She is open and honest about her work and she has made me a loyal life-long client. She is so fun to talk to, our appointments felt more like fun, rather than business (though she was able to multi-task both). Taras communication is very quick and thorough. Shes an extremely hard worker and truly does everything she can for her clients. I cant imagine going anywhere else for jewelry related needs and I wish I could rate her more stars!
