Kelly I visited this store to buy some jewelry. The designs looked beautiful in the photos, but in real life, the jewelry felt cheap and lacked the refined finishing I was hoping for. The materials didn’t seem durable, and after just a few wears, the piece started to tarnish. I honestly don’t think I’ll ever come back again. Extremely disappointed.

First of the vibes are exquisite; some light jazz playing, well lit but not to the point I feel like Im in the operating room, the most kind staff helped direct us and find some lovely things to go home with. born inbham Yeah wow!! Rude AVOID these people off putting dismissing employees that could careless if they get your business.. Shop local! Wanted us to just drop off grandmas ring with them without giving us a clue what it would cost to fix and no offer of stone options.. No thank you we will go to the jewelry store down by the water and Antonys Hearthfire. Unbelievably rude she just wanted her ring fixed and was ready to buy a diamond and you missed it!!!

Katy Garza Yoshi and Mike are amazing! Both of these gentlemen helped me with my husbands wedding band. Yoshi helped with the initial purchase and answered my many questions. When the ring didnt come in looking like it should, Mike helped make sure to send it off to get it fixed. Everyone in this store is great, and my experience with Kay is always phenomenal.
