Lauren Berry Update!: Its so clear you can see the band. Its gorgeous. Arrived on time. Pretty packaging and is stunning! It looks best in natural light. I love my VVS1 D clarity natural diamond 1.51 carat. I sound like an ad, I know but I did a lot of research on diamonds beforehand. No pun intended. Original Review: Kyle knew exactly what I was talking about when I said VVS1 D clarity diamond and helped me choose a carat of diamond that shows off the Emerald cut. Kay "jewelers" tried to sell me a VVS1 I clarity diamond and Kyle sat and listened to me complain and was super nice even though he had to help choose a diamond and the settings. He gave me beautiful choices and listened. Now Im just waiting for them to set it and send it. Kay jewelers almost completely ruined valentines day but Kyle at Blue Nile saved it. Thank you Kyle!

MJ I had a few stones that Garlands assessed and held onto until I figured out what exactly I wanted to do with them. Once I figured it out, I was able to coordinate with Kris from across the state on the design. With this, Garlands custom made a flawless, beautiful, one of a kind piece. I cannot express how seamless it was to work with Kris and James from out of town— I couldn’t have had a better experience and the ring turned out more beautiful than I could have ever imagined!

Laura Tipton I had a ring with a large stone that I tan over with my car! The stone came out and the prongs were completely smashed. I took it to another jeweler that I had previously used. The quote was $900 to repair it! I luckily took it in to Lorraine’s and he did a beautiful job and charged me $95. I was thrilled with the repair and the price!

Rodney was able to help us navigate which one would be the best fit for us and also helped with updating it as well. They also had a nice selection of jewelry and electronics. Juls pulido I went to jewelry exchange in Renton where I bought my ring it broke but when I took it back they repaired it in two hours at no cost. very nice people good customer service very understanding and what I liked they put the customers first. Will continue to shop and purchase my diamonds there.

I love the fact that they have the two piercers at once to make it go so smooth and easy. They were also really good about the aftercare protocols and they even followed up with us a couple weeks after to make sure that her healing was going well. thanks so much for making an experience for a child so memorable!
