My husband spent 2 hours trying to decide on the perfect wedding ring upgrade. With Mercedes help he surprised me with the PERFECT ring!! We’ve come back to see Mercedes because I wanted some changes done to my first wedding ring and guess what? Without hesitation, Mercedes stepped in and came to the rescue! Thank you KAY Jewelers for having Exceptional Service by way of Jewelers like Mercedes! We will continue coming back!

2 /5 Kendall Hoeft: We were not greeted, waited and waited. Eventually one employee finished up with another guest but still did not come over to greet or assist us. Instead, she gabbed it up with another employee and maybe customer who were talking about vacations. Eventually I asked if they needed two people to assist the one man when we hadnt even been greeted. I was with my baby and she needed to get to nap time. It was terrible, inconsiderate and unprofessional service. Even when I kindly mentioned that we hadnt been greeted yet, the lady who apparently was the stores manager, which explains a lot about the stores poor service, didnt even apologize or acknowledge her error. They need to improve by greeting customers and promptly getting to helping them as soon as they can.

1 /5 Jessica Pokorski: I’ve never had great experiences at Kay’s over the years. I have a custom ring that was made 19 years ago & I brought it in for an inspection as I do every 6 months. Mercedes tried to convince me that my rings are completely destroyed & need major repairs. Fine, so I left my rings to send off for repairs. She called me a month later & let me know that my rings are irreparable & she needed to reach out to headquarters to find out what they would do for me. I called for updates every 2-3 weeks for 4 months. I never received a call back from Mercedes & there was always some excuse or apology & assurance that she would call me right back. This store is almost 2 hours from my house, so I couldn’t just stop in. 5 months in, I called & Mercedes actually answered the phone so she was forced to talk to me. She informed me that Kay’s was offering to give me a measly amount of credit to have my rings redone. I asked her to draft a few quotes for me & she assured me that she would email me them the next day. I called a couple more times over the next month & finally reached her again. She made some excuse about her email not working right & then sent me some random prices with no pictures later that day. O/10 would ever deal with Kay’s again, especially this store!

I never feel like they are trying to sell me anything, they just want to help accomplish my goals, whether thats a new piece Im looking for or just coming in for our 6 month inspection. They are fast and efficient. I appreciate the people who work here.
