2 /5 Kendall Hoeft: We were not greeted, waited and waited. Eventually one employee finished up with another guest but still did not come over to greet or assist us. Instead, she gabbed it up with another employee and maybe customer who were talking about vacations. Eventually I asked if they needed two people to assist the one man when we hadnt even been greeted. I was with my baby and she needed to get to nap time. It was terrible, inconsiderate and unprofessional service. Even when I kindly mentioned that we hadnt been greeted yet, the lady who apparently was the stores manager, which explains a lot about the stores poor service, didnt even apologize or acknowledge her error. They need to improve by greeting customers and promptly getting to helping them as soon as they can.
