Ben Starnes Chapa is simply amazing! He custom made two sapphire rings for our 20th wedding anniversary and they were absolutely perfect! I also had him do some hand engraving for me. The man is a master at what he does and every detail is perfect. I wouldnt go to any other jeweler. I dont agree that he is rude- in fact, he is very warm and charming.

Sydney Hunter i went in today with two of my friends and the workers were so so sweet!! showed me all their best jewelry and promoted their biggest sales!! We were in there for about 45 minutes today and the employees were so sweet piercing my friends ears and helping us find the right jewelry for ourselves!

Casey Younger Super pleased with our experience here! Id been in in the past to get jewelry swapped out for my cartilage piercings, but this was my first piercing experience at Silver Safari. I was looking for a place for my 7 year old to get her earlobes pierced that didnt entail a piercing gun or "gunless cartridge" (which is just the bit from inside the piercing gun operated by hand). A few weeks prior I took my daughter in so she could see the place and we could ask questions and see her piercing jewelry options. Then on 6/16/25 we came in on a Monday after school. My daughter was excited, but still nervous about the unknown. We got Amanda and she was AWESOME. Back in a private piercing room Amanda explained the process to my daughter and was patient as my daughter asked questions (not just talking past my daughter to me). Then during the piercing she still talked her through it, and brought in a second piercer to do both lobes at the same time. They were quick and professional and my daughter who freaks out in tears at the doctor with shots didnt even cry once! Within 10 seconds of the piercing she was totally calm. And she was thrilled when she saw herself in the mirror with pierced ears! And then again, Amanda patiently listed to my daughters aftercare questions too. We never felt rushed. And I can safely say they are great with kids too. Immediately after Amanda also did a conch piercing for me, which was also very smooth. It was about 45 minutes total from when we initially walked in and took a number to walking out with piercing complete. Its now 10 days later and both our piecers are looking great. My daughter was able to get the comfortable flat backs due to the needle piercing, and has not complained once about any pain in the healing process or during our daily cleaning. Her ears also have not looked red or irritated since piercing day. I would definitely recommend Silver Safari to any parents looking for a place to safely pierce their kids ears and have a positive experience. Thank you Amanda!!!!

Gracie Huberty A Finer Moment made it a great experience for me and my boyfriend to choose a homecoming dress for me. I had travelled to Spokane and booked an appointment online before knowing the dress shop was actually closed that day. But, after she found out the distance I had traveled, the owner Lisa was kind enough to show up with Janelle and help me choose a homecoming dress on late notice. Janelle was very kind and thoughtful and made me feel very welcome. Janelle also made me feel gorgeous in every dress I tried. 10/10 experience, would recommend to any girl looking for a formal dress.

Chelsea Jordan My husband and I purchased our first wedding sets from Warrens 10 years ago. Within the last few years we were exploring an upgrade, especially approaching our 10 year anniversary. We traveled to Mexico recently and about 2 weeks before leaving we popped into Warrens to see what options they had. Lynel greeted me with a smile and said "come over and show me what youre thinking". She was genuine, kind, easy to talk to and never once made things feel uncomfortable. I also respected that she stayed within my price range. We found a new ring I fell in love with. Over the next couple of days, my husband and I went back, shopped for a beautiful diamond (an experience Ive never had) and confirmed our new purchase. My husband wanted me to have it for Mexico because we were there for Valentines Day. Lynel and her team made this dream come to fruition in a matter of days. I could not stop smiling the day I was able to wear my ring and still catch myself staring at it often; it is PERFECTION!!! The entire experience was amazing and seamless. Kim I was running late and got to the store about 5:20 pm and they closed at 6:00pm. The lady that helped me was very knowledgeable and I had quite a bit of stuff for her to look at. We got through part of it and I will be going back tomorrow to finish what I have. The staff was super friendly and I appreciated the security that they have for their store. Great experience and a wonderful staff. Keep up the good work!
