1 /5 Sara Fonseca: One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had.
There is no option to cancel your order online — you have to call customer service, and you stay on hold for about an hour without being helped. When someone finally answers, they say they’re not responsible for cancellations and transfer you to someone else, making you wait another hour until you give up.
I also tried reaching out through social media — no one replies. I sent emails and got no response either.
Honestly, this is one of the worst customer services I’ve ever dealt with.
