1 /5 Joe Pool: Do not go near this company. Do not use any credit card information. My credit card put through $6000 on my account . I have no orders with them. Nothing to do with them. All there phone support are Hispanics. They are located in thr Dominican Rrepublic.

5 /5 Trey Puckett: They have always been helpful with our orders and very professional, but had to share because this weekend they went above and beyond to ensure my daughter had her jacket for her senior photos. They turned a very unfortunate situation into a customer for life. Thank you for going above and beyond!

1 /5 Ron Dean: Head up parents if you order a package from them and your child doesn’t graduate from the school affiliated with the order good luck with exchange or return of product to a different school package for the new school for which your kid is graduating from.

1 /5 Sara Fonseca: One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. There is no option to cancel your order online — you have to call customer service, and you stay on hold for about an hour without being helped. When someone finally answers, they say they’re not responsible for cancellations and transfer you to someone else, making you wait another hour until you give up. I also tried reaching out through social media — no one replies. I sent emails and got no response either. Honestly, this is one of the worst customer services I’ve ever dealt with.

1 /5 Amy W: Jostens has a corner on the market.They need competition! I ordered graduation announcements and an invitation. I am so disappointed in the quality. The printing is dark and blurry. The cards are poorly designed. Go to any other print company. You’ll be way more satisfied and pay significantly less money.
