Jullia Kim I went to over 20+ stores for my ring that I wanted. I saw it on display at another jeweler but wasnt with the right person to buy it at the time. I took a picture of it, and kept it until the time was right. Amit took a look at the picture, and after SO many other jewelers rejected me, said it would be no problem. Within a month (I would have waited longer because of how good of a job he did) he had the mounting made, had the stone choices for me to pick, and the shape was perfect. Dior Phillips Called 30 minutes after they opened to schedule a piercing and I came in an hour later and within 20 minutes I was walking out extremely satisfied and happy with my experience. I had Ember as my piercer and they did an amazing job on my vertical labret. The entire piercing time was super quick and very professional. The placements they did were perfect and I felt very comfortable for my first time there. Adding on, I even felt very accommodated for, cared for, and respected with my decisions for my piercings by actually just everyone there. It was all in all a very amazing experience, and I definitely will be coming back in the future!

Dave Campbell It was a cold and foggy morning in Walla Walla and I was early, standing outside Falkenbergs in the grubby chill! Instead of staring at the stupid customer who arrived too early, three amiable women waved me in, and while finishing their pre-opening chores, engaged me in conversation, and soon I was working with Shira; I had a ring to be appraised for value and possible purchase and she was of inestimable help; I had to return a week later for a finalization of their purchase, and again, a clerk named Helen was most amiable and worked closely with me to assure satisfaction. I dont understand the disgruntled reviews elsewhere, and would suspect some of these folks brought their attitude with them. Thanks Falkenbergs!
