michael thomas Let me just say thank you to you guys for going above and beyond for me. I had a stainless steal necklace that was given to me by a student, as I am a boxing coach this meant a lot to me. The neckless in no way expensive, however it means a lot to me . My sons dog jumped up on me and his paw grabbed the necklace and a link in the chain broke. Fred Meyer jewelers in Kennewick went above and beyond to fix the necklace and they did it for free. I feel blessed as the necklace has sentimental value and is something I will keep forever. So again a giant thank you and if anyone needs a good jewelry store with great staff this is the one to go too..

Claire Nguyen What an incredibly kind man! He’s super experienced and knew the problem with my vintage watch immediately and fixed it and resized it on the spot. He has a ton of antique jewelry to look at as you wait and all the photography on the walls are his own work. A true craftsman and I’m happy to now have a jeweler to help with any issues in the future.

born inbham Wow this little store has earned The name Diamond key from a little store to an amazing lay out and selection for any budget!! We have had several repairs and purchased multiple necklace and been very happy. One necklace we bought broke within a week and they took care of us no questions no hesitation. Watch batteries and watch selections they have the best in town!! The crew they have working for them, really keeps us coming back!! Kristi is a rock star!!

We appreciate their amazing job resizing my wedding ring and ordering my husbands ring in time for our wedding. Q SC (Q) 2-4-23 I know this place from waaaay back. It really was an old creamery, my cousin Ruth Leslie used to take milk and cream here to sell. This is a great shop with lots and lots of antiques and collectibles. I took lots of pictures so you can see for yourself. Need, to take more as I missed the jewelry section. The owner is friendly and helpful. Everyone needs to take a look at this place, especially if you are doing some decorating or need a nice gift for a friend. She also has a small selection of used tools. This lady is in business to sell stuff not collect it, if you see something you really like, feel free to make an offer.

Chelsea Jordan My husband and I purchased our first wedding sets from Warrens 10 years ago. Within the last few years we were exploring an upgrade, especially approaching our 10 year anniversary. We traveled to Mexico recently and about 2 weeks before leaving we popped into Warrens to see what options they had. Lynel greeted me with a smile and said "come over and show me what youre thinking". She was genuine, kind, easy to talk to and never once made things feel uncomfortable. I also respected that she stayed within my price range. We found a new ring I fell in love with. Over the next couple of days, my husband and I went back, shopped for a beautiful diamond (an experience Ive never had) and confirmed our new purchase. My husband wanted me to have it for Mexico because we were there for Valentines Day. Lynel and her team made this dream come to fruition in a matter of days. I could not stop smiling the day I was able to wear my ring and still catch myself staring at it often; it is PERFECTION!!! The entire experience was amazing and seamless.
