Rob Swanson Mike and John are amazing! My wife wanted two custom bands made to frame her engagement ring, we brought the gold and diamonds from my deceased mother in laws wedding ring to make this a special piece. They worked with us throughout the process, communicated clearly, were super friendly and their craftsmanship is second to none. I wouldn’t trust any other jeweler to do this project and I’m so glad we used Jewel Crafters.

Vestudy Q Mr Paul Cresse is one of the most honorable people I have ever had the privilege of knowing AND he and his wife make some of the PNWs absolute finest handcrafted jewelry straight on his bench! This is a dying art as most bench jewelers were put out of business with mass production of cheap overseas hi production jewelry. I have had the privilege of watching Paul the Master Jewelry artisan in action personally from carving wax molds with eXacting precision to how he treats People with Great respect. His wife whom is from Korea is a TOP in class trained Master Designer and creator of Fine Jewelry. This is a best in class shop IMO. Being a jeweler in the area for 40+ years Paul has had to deal with armed robbers ( caught and put away ) so there is NO reason to question his use of Dogs in shop as a necessity of preventing such occurrences. I bought a decent little Crate guitar amp there the other day and got a good deal on the amp and a guitar cord together.

Evan Jones I had the greatest experience having a custom engagement & wedding band made at Panowicz Jewelers in Olympia! My review here is a bit delayed. As my experience started back in February of 2024. And my vision came to an astounding reality, when I picked up the rings later that year in August. I was in no hurry, and let me tell you, having patience and time will help you achieve the perfect desired results! I worked with Laurie specifically. She was amazing! Her eagerness to fully immerse herself into my ideas and this project in order to achieve the best outcome was pleasantly unexpected. Her process was very detailed and she made sure to allow me the space to go back and forth with each others ideas. The tools she uses toward the end of the design phase blew my mind! They really give you confidence in what you are paying for! I highly recommend Panowicz Jewelers to anyone! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, Laurie! She absolutely is in LOVE with the ring! Kendra Fors Went there to get our daughter’s ears pierced and they were so pleasant, inviting and helpful. The atmosphere is professional and enjoyable with an abundance of choices and so quick and clean. The staff is wonderful! Definitely recommend their service.

P L Easily one of the we best in the biz. I went to 4 or 5 other jewelers and watchmakers who couldnt handle the job or quoted me ridiculous rates and turnaround times. Eric took care of it in literally 10 minutes, did a perfect job, and was incredibly generous with the costs. Please come here before others, probably save some time and money.

Kim truly cared about making my fiancés engagement ring an outstanding piece, allowing me to guide the process while injecting his expertise in a welcoming and approachable fashion. He worked very hard across many iterations to ensure the totally custom ring was everything she wanted. Prices and turnaround time were awesome. I would work with Kim 10 times out of 10 and highly encourage everyone else to.
