1 /5 mishajosh: This is in response to the owners comments: I have noticed that all business owners say the same thing whenever they receive a negative review. I dont know whether I spoke to you or not, but it was very clear from the moment that I walked in that the person behind the glass was not happy to see me. So, I dont know if she was having a bad day or if she just doesnt like Black people. But she was extremely rude! And if this is what you consider welcoming people to your store, then I think that you have a very strong way of showing it. A few years ago I went to Michaels Watch & Jewelry Repair to have them repair a watch that I have had for many years. It had stopped running and they were supposed to replace the spring. For this service they charged quite a lot. Because I stopped wearing most jewelry during covid, I did not realize until recently that it had stopped running again. So, with receipt in hand, I returned to Michaels to ask them to look at the watch and see what was wrong. The woman in the store was extremely rude and dismissive and assumed that I wanted something done for free. I told her that was not the case and that I first wanted to find out what was wrong with the watch before deciding to have it repaired. She sneered at me and said that would cost twice what I had originally paid to have it fixed. Of course, I declined.

1 /5 Kori Ann Randall: Went in a while ago to have my rings resized they told me it would be 7 days. I agreed and we sent it off. Day 7 came and it wasn’t done the guy said he would call and see when it would be in that afternoon he called and said they were ready for pick up. I was there within minutes to get my rings. I then noticed a crack on the bottom of my ring that I know for a fact wasn’t there before hand. I asked about it and he kept insisting that it was there and they didn’t do anything wrong…. I tried my ring on and it wasn’t the correct size. He measured it and it wasn’t the size it needed to be and said it would need to be resized but that I would have to pay again for that… why am I paying for your mess up??? I even had my ticket paper that said what size it was supposed to be….. I declined the service I was afraid it would have more cracks in it. No sympathy at all to damaging my ring

If you want to repair a watch, this is a go to store. No matter how damaged your watch is, they fix it quickly, professionally, and affordably. The store also has a beautiful selection of jewelry. I highly recommend this store for anyone needing jewelry or watch repairs, or looking for a special piece of jewelry.

5 /5 Jamaal Petersen: It was a great customer experience, I walked in & was greeted kindly. I told them I was interested in having my watch battery replaced & they promptly took it into the back & had it replaced within 5 minutes. Great service, kind people and an overall great shop
