Wendi Chen I’m so pleased with the one-of-a-kind Apache Sage Picture Jasper pendant that I just bought at Jim Chow Jewelry! I had been eying this particular piece for a while, as the unique landscape pattern of the stone really stood out to me. As a visual artist, I can’t help but marvel at the colors and composition of this pendant! Rachel was lovely to talk to and she delightedly explained all the different types of stones in the various pieces. All in all a great experience; I will definitely be back!

Jeff Hill Went in today and couldn’t be more pleased with the overall experience. The two workers were extremely polite, make me feel comfortable and relaxed, and I literally couldn’t have had a more positive experience there than I did. I highly recommend going to American rare coin gold & jewelry. They are the quick, professional, and have common sense and are level headed. IMO, far better than the other local actions.

Mari G Lapis is one of my favorite stores to purchase jewelry in Tacoma. They carry designer Jamie Joseph rings, which I love and always get so many compliments on! favorites. The staff is always friendly and helpful, making shopping a pleasure!

Branden Incredibly nice people to work with. My finances engagement ring had prong issues that wouldnt let the stone sit properly. They took care of the issue within a week. We are happy with the customer service, quick turnaround, and quality of their craftsmanship.

Chelsea Borror Bobbi was amazing! I have had my ring for 3 years (my engagement ring) and the largest diamond fell out. I had some repair work done and the stone replaced but it left the ring looking melted and sloppy. I had it sent back to fix that with no improvement other than the shape. Me and my husband came in today to have our yearly inspection done for our insurance to stay valid and I once again stated I was unhappy with the way it looked and I almost never wore it anymore. The original lady helping was looking at it for a very long time and said she was going to do the bare minium again to fix it. Eventually she called Bobbi over to save the day! She took one look at my ring and said they would happily honor the insurance and "buy out" and replace my ring for only the cost of a new warranty! I walked out today with a beautiful new ring for a small fee and so incredibly happy! She was so so helpful and kind and made a once bad experience into a wonderful one and I cannot thank her enough! If you go to this location make sure she is the one to help you!

I couldn’t believe the price—they offered the best deal around! The customer service really stood out. After I bought the ring, they offered to clean it for free, which was such a nice touch. Plus, I brought in a piece of jewelry that I hadn’t purchased there, and they kindly fixed it at no charge! Doug, thank you for your professionalism and for going above and beyond.
