Smough I had a gold chain that had broken near the clasp and needed desperate fixing. Luckily I found this gem of a store. To start, the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. They greeted me at the counter as if Id been there a hundred times before. When I presented them with my problem, they were more than happy to help. They took my gold chain and quoted me a very reasonable price. They got to work immediately and within the next 20 minutes, my chain was back together and looked good as new. Ive never seen a jewelry store do same day repairs like that and usually it takes over a week to get your stuff back. This was a treat and im happy I found this place. Telling all my friends that this is the place for any jewelery repairs from now on.

Claire Perrin This is my favorite jewelry store ever!! High quality jewelry for an affordable price. I love to get my everyday essentials here - they have lots of gold-fill items for an affordable price. I wear my jewelry in the shower, swimming, exercising, ALL the time and, still, my something silver jewelry has held up without tarnishing for years. A bracelet and necklace finally broke so I brought them in expecting to have to pay for a repair or have to go elsewhere but they quickly fixed everything for free! Highly recommend coming here :)

Slick McFavorite after an exhaustive search and calling or bringing my Ronson windlite into various places for repair I finally was able to find a place it could repair it. I inherited this lighter already broken and couldnt be happier with the price friendliness and attention to detail that was put into repairing it. I would 100% recommend any repair or custom work to be done by These Fine people. I spent 10 minutes just looking in the window of the repair shop and looking at all of the awesome equipment that they have.

Scott Gardner I’ve met quite a few Authorized Rolex Dealers but Shari Hutchinson is the absolute best (as is Ben Bridge in Seattle)! Shari is very responsive, professional, kind and has a great sense of humor. We end up spending more time than “necessary” because I truly enjoy her company. She will work very hard to get you the timepiece you want. She is an absolute treasure! Also a shout out to BB because their store is beautiful and they have many other outstanding salespeople.
