Ryan Zumbach I was drawn to Valerie Madison Fine Jewelry from their impressive portfolio of contemporary designs I found on their website and Instagram. They have great taste for developing clean and modern jewelry and can deliver on unique, trendy looks you havent seen anywhere else. I went the custom design route and brought a solid vision and illustrations to reference. Laksmi was super helpful throughout the process and helped me feel confident in making design tradeoff decisions and teaching me important details that make engagement rings special. Laksmi located the absolute perfect center gem stone for my engagement ring and the exact color of sky-blue accent stones I wanted. Both searches were not standard and she was able to find them quickly. The custom process took 6 weeks and the VM team delivered with no delays! They also work with a 5th generation jewelry fabricator in the area so I felt confident the craftsmanship would be top notch. It was! And my fiancé said yes! She loves the ring and we both cant stop staring at it.

Joshua Carcamo 10/10 I got provided with the best service, from their customer service, to the location, to the store presentation, their attention to detail and craftsmanship is impeccable, I had them make my custom diamond prayer hands pendant bale bigger and solid since it was for my 6mm Miami Cuban it wouldn’t fit with the box lock (9.5mm) and the gold wire holding the bale together from the back was rather thin and I couldn’t get a piece of mind of that (the pendant was custom made else where). they did exactly what I asked for and delivered me a great finished product. Jessee Taylor I had to take a moment to share the incredible customer service I’ve experienced at JLewis Jewelry—not just once, but multiple times over the years. Back in 2021, my husband bought my engagement ring and had an appraisal done . Fast forward to 2025, and my ring unfortunately went missing. Filing an insurance claim with Allstate (wouldn’t recommend) has been nothing short of a nightmare. Thankfully, Jill at JLewis Jewelry stepped in to help. She kindly provided a new appraisal right away, and when the insurance company rejected it, she went the extra mile to get me a detailed estimate for a replacement—even though it was time-consuming and totally outside of her obligation. She didn’t have to do any of it, but she did—with such grace and kindness. That’s rare to find these days. The quality of their jewelry and their customer service is truly unmatched. I’ll be coming back to JLewis Jewelry for all my diamond and gold needs. If you’re looking for a trustworthy jeweler, give them a try—you won’t be disappointed!

Teo Kaiba Just got my nose pierced on 7/25/25. I called back same day to try and report that the ring came out and that the hole closed that quickly. I ended up having to get it re-pierced somewhere else. I called back the next day and they agreed to a refund but said I needed to wait until a manager came in. I haven’t received a call yet. I’ve called a dozen times at this point and have gotten no answer. I did think because it was a jewelry store that this was a good choice. Clearly not. Even Claire’s does a better job.

Cassandra Kelly The vegan fudge at the Fudge Hut is delicious! They have several flavors to choose from and they’re all so tasty! My personal favorite was the chocolate peanut butter and the German chocolate. Vegans and non dairy people, look no further for the tastiest fudge, yum! The lady working there was also very kind. Thank you for the fudge, my family loved it
