I called and found Memories did replace Movado watch batteries. So I headed down and saw how busy the store was. But Roth gave me a dollar and time estimate - and he met it. 5 /5 Catlin Gerig: If you are looking for great service and outstanding work, look no further. I cannot say enough how happy I am with the repair of my wedding band and ring. The place I took it to originally to get sized royal screwed it up. They bent and ended up cracking my band. Roth managed to fix the bend and the multiple cracks. He also cleaned it to where it sparkles more than the day I got!! I am blown away by how great of a job he did, its as if I have a brand new ring. Aside from excellent work he was also very professional and honest, something you dont find often these days. He is the only one I will bring my jewelry too from now!

1 /5 Kenneth Anderson: I had him fix my watch but it was not done right . Came back to his shop to tell him about it. At the time I was explaining my dilemma he was sitting down working on something. He then got out of his chair suddenly and snapped at me. It was uncalled for whereas I am a customer. However now I am a customer no more. He obviously has anger issues so I will take my business elsewhere. I dont suggest you go to this person. Real bad customer service to say the least

I couldnt even tell my necklace was once broken and he shined and cleaned it so beautifully. He told me "i cant make any promises how itll come out" but he delivered well!!!! beautiful job!!!!
