Laurel Poole We had an all-around great experience selecting our wedding rings at this Fred Meyer Jeweler! Andrea was so patient and made it fun while trying on many different options. Lori, the manager, and Andrea also worked with us to find the best deal without sacrificing the styles we wanted, which we really appreciated. My partner and I have also been back several times for both ring re-sizings and cleanings, and the process has been seamless! Would highly recommend this Jewelers.

Dodo_doggy So last year I brought this cool dragon ring I had gotten online and needed it resized because I accidentally ordered the wrong size from that website. So I came here and asked them to resize it without realizing how much of a problem it might be. It turns out that I essentially gave a blacksmiths job to these jewelers, as the ring was apparently part steel instead of a light, pliable material. I was ready to take it back and get it resized elsewhere, but they insisted on finishing the job, so I let them and they actually completed it! I have the ring now, it fits my finger perfectly and I now have a deep respect for these jewelers. Thank you for resizing my ring despite the difficulties!

Deb V Love this store! So much fun and staffed with friendly people! Andi patiently helped me compare about ten white crystals. With her good feedback, I bought a 360° cluster on a stand. Placed it on a sideboard where it reflects light like a disco ball in the afternoon sun. This is my third crystal purchase, but theres always room for more! Thanks Andi, you deserve a raise!

Zataralee They have always taken care of us. From resizing to repairs.. and even placing an order for a replacement ring that was accidentally flushed down the toilet... There is no question in my mind why a jewelry store inside of a grocery store lol does so well.

Trevor Scott My fiancé and I went to a dozen jewelers over a couple months of ring shopping. Jared was the only one we felt truly helped us through the process. Nancy and Adrian primarily took care of us over the 3 different visits we made. They were excellent guides as we weren’t exactly sure what we wanted. Many jewelers pushed us certain directions and told us we could only have X number of rings/stones out at a time, forcing us to narrow down what was being looked at. Nancy and Adrian made us feel like they were on the journey with us. They were patient and never pushy. Ultimately, their service and support in addition to the rings are why we choose Jared. Their service after the purchase should also be mentioned. Because the gem we went with is a unique shape, the head it set in needed to be special ordered so that the wedding band would sit flush against the engagement ring. No one knew this until the jeweler was trying to size the ring with the band. Gary called us to explain the challenge and set the appropriate time expectation. Only after we picked up the rings did we find out the different head was an additional expense that they DID NOT charge us for.

BlaeceAelf Always my favorite jeweler. They are always the nicest and best people to do business with. I love their selection which is all very tasteful and elegant. Service is top notch for whats in the case as well as custom work and their prices are spot on. Also, they have the sweetest Golden Retriever that hangs out and will get pets or give you space depending on your preference.

renita linear Don’t go here. We went to get our jewelry looked at because we had a feeling the necklace was fake and it was!!! Bring a magnet with you! Only the piece was real but the chain wasn’t! Out of 600 bucks but better believe I am going to let everyone know about there bad business practices!!
