born inbham Wow this little store has earned The name Diamond key from a little store to an amazing lay out and selection for any budget!! We have had several repairs and purchased multiple necklace and been very happy. One necklace we bought broke within a week and they took care of us no questions no hesitation. Watch batteries and watch selections they have the best in town!! The crew they have working for them, really keeps us coming back!! Kristi is a rock star!!

The girls act like they work at a high end jewelry store and so snobby, like pandora is only 1 step above the fantasy jewelry you get at Clair’s… when the manager pretty much forced this girl who was not doing anything to help me she actually scuffed and rolled her eyes as she looked at me. I bought a whole set up as a gift.mind you these toy charms cost on average 50 bucks. They girl ended up acting a bit nicer when she realized I didn’t have a budget. I honestly want to ask for the stupid bracelet back to return it. Shop elsewhere where they treat people with dignity.

Sonny I had great anxiety bringing my daughter in to get her ears pierced, Leanne did a great job explaining the process and coordinated so both earrings would be pierced at the same time. On the actual moment of getting her ears pierced the process was quick and she made sure before actually doing the piercing that its where we wanted it to be. Upon completion my daughter cried for no more than 5 seconds and was absolutely happy. We are super pleased with the service this banter offered us and will definitely come back again

renita linear Don’t go here. We went to get our jewelry looked at because we had a feeling the necklace was fake and it was!!! Bring a magnet with you! Only the piece was real but the chain wasn’t! Out of 600 bucks but better believe I am going to let everyone know about there bad business practices!!

I had multiple conversations in person and over the phone with Amy. JJ took the time to hear my needs and walk me through all my options. Helen Warner I left a beautiful and delicate necklace with 4 chains at Runyan’s Jewelers which I somehow had managed to twist, knot and tangle all up. They were so very kind and spent multiple hours to put it right. When it was restored to its original form, I picked it up and expected a bill for the mess I had made. To my surprise there was no charge for all of their work. I am so very grateful to Runyan’s Jewelers for being so wonderful!Thank you again for all of your generous help!
