Dylan & Karalyn Wedding Another wonderful experience with Hailey!! This was my second time going back to her to get my piercings done! I now have 4 piercings from her (2 sets) and I love them all!! She’s super kind and relaxing and makes the whole process super smooth. She’s always clean and takes her time to make sure things are evenly placed and done to my liking. Shes an absolute gem and I would trust her with ANY of my piercings. She also followed up on my last piercing, just to make sure it was healing and I had no issues. This was very sweet and unexpected! Great customer service! I always leave with a smile on my face:) 10/10 always!! For reference: Service is free with purchase of earrings and they have loads of sizes, metal finishes and styles to pick from. Both sets of my piercings, along with the free cleaning solution cost me between 30-40 bucks depending on the size of the earring I chose. Process is super quick and clean and I was in and out both times in under 20 minutes.

Xander H Great experience. The worker there was questioning the timing of my decision to sell my silver due to current market conditions. He really wanted to make sure it was the right choice for me and even ended up paying me full spot price for some of the rounds. He also rounded up the amount paid to an even number. Laura Tipton I had a ring with a large stone that I tan over with my car! The stone came out and the prongs were completely smashed. I took it to another jeweler that I had previously used. The quote was $900 to repair it! I luckily took it in to Lorraine’s and he did a beautiful job and charged me $95. I was thrilled with the repair and the price!
